Focus on generosity and giving of the Dharma that removes obstacles, Perform exorcism and recite the Five Sutras of the King. Arrange the substitute ransom offering with the patient's clothes and shoes. Dedicate it as a ransom offering and send it outside. If the disease is severe, recite the Gra Tog Ser Sum Sutra. Repeat the ransom offering and release the torma, which will pacify diseases and evil spirits. (5) The sow, the extremely wrathful black mother, The inner circle, the rain-bringing mother prophesies: On the 5th, 13th, 21st, and 29th days, The disease is caused by a woman from outside harming with a knife. Have you eaten the leftover food of someone who died from water or a knife wound? Or have you eaten food prepared by a widow? The kidneys, waist, breasts, chest, back, and entire body ache. Focus on the letter A, visualizing bathing to purify defilements. Snap your fingers and make mudras, and perform the bathing ritual. Use a real black sheep or a fabricated image, Cover it with black cloth, and send the substitute torma to the south. That disease and evil spirit will be pacified. May sudden illnesses and calamities be swiftly pacified. If the illness is severe, it is beneficial to proclaim it widely. (7) The prophecy of the inner circle, the radiant mother, of the exceedingly wrathful black sow mother: On the sixth, fourteenth, and twenty-second days of the full moon, the illness is caused by the harm of Phurba dagger, weapons, and evil spirits. Traveling to desolate lands, encountering storms, or places of enmity. For fever, sores, epidemics, and stomach ailments throughout the body, offer white torma, dedicate offerings to the four directions, perform confession, repair stupas, white statues, and roads. Make images of cows and sheep, adorn them with your own clothes and shoes, make images of the zodiac signs, and send them to the crossroads. By offering such ransom offerings, illnesses and calamities will be pacified. (8) The prophecy of the inner circle, the moving mother, of the exceedingly wrathful black sow mother: If illness occurs on the eighth, sixteenth, and twenty-fourth days, it is caused by harm from Bon and Buddhist protectors, wealth deities, and evil spirits. Or it is caused by travelers passing through the roads, or by Bon and Buddhist practitioners taking objects from the ground. It may be related to the kidneys, waist, eyes, skull, lungs, heart, or, cold diseases, empty vomiting, joint diseases, or fever. Offer white, red, or mixed torma as appropriate, subdue evil spirits, and expel or suppress travelers. Make images of cows and sheep, adorn them with clothes and shoes, and send the ransom offerings to the west to pacify illnesses and calamities. ༈ If signs of illness have occurred previously, ask what the name is and on what date it occurred. Please explain in detail, saying that you will observe dreams and omens. Identify the date of the patient's illness, and starting from the name, recite refuge, generate bodhicitta, etc. Perform the elaborate, medium, or brief ritual as appropriate. Relying on the interdependence of the three mixtures, after offering a single portion of ransom offering, according to the prophecy of the Dharma Lord Pig-faced Mother mentioned above, and the eight goddesses of the inner circle, determine the target of your aim, and explain in detail the manner of illness and the cause of the disease. At that time, you will gain definite confidence. Ema, the profound secret essence of the dakini's instructions, relying on the kindness of the old guru, is now widely known as the king of chod practitioners. The special characteristic of Khowo Ghongchenpa is that this should be transmitted to worthy disciples. Do not reveal it indiscriminately, Samaya!
