秘密行空行母耳传中，缘起天女八算法，消除一切疾病邪魔。 秘密行空行母耳传中，缘起天女八算法，消除一切疾病邪魔。 秘密行空行母耳传中。缘起天女八算法，消除一切疾病邪魔安住。 那摩咕噜班杂尔达吉尼耶。（藏文：ན་མོ་གུ་རུ་བཛྲ་ཌཱ་ཀི་ནཱི་ཡེ།，梵文天城体：नमो गुरु वज्र डाकिनी ये，梵文罗马拟音：Namo guru vajra ḍākinī ye，汉语字面意思：顶礼 गुरु 金刚 空行母）。于长寿成就自在者汤东杰布，印度之尸陀林拉斯米瓦拉处，智慧空行母金刚亥母亲赐之口诀。名为秘密行空行母耳传，比甚深更甚深且极秘密。此乃单传口诀甚深传承未断绝者。其中宣说了成就殊胜与共同悉地之无量方法。此处略述，依止法主猪面者之内眷属八天女，疾病如何侵入？本体为何？缘起之治疗如何进行之方式等授记，以及通过缘起替身仪轨，从疾病邪魔中解脱之事业，仅以利他之心而单独摘录书写，祈请法主空行母赐予开许。（1）空行母真言：猪母极忿怒黑母之，内眷属天女光焰之授记是，初一初九十七与，二十五染病邪魔从北方，国王或是女魔之损害生，不净食物或红肿疮疖热病起，头眼肺心肾，腰部任何处，观想一切疾病洗净后，身体洗净以乳汁糌粑揉捏，制成黑色替身之形象供养替身，送往北方则疾病邪魔立即息灭。（2）猪母极忿怒黑母之，内眷属天女坚母之授记是，初二初十十八二十六，若染疾病则土地神护法或，国王或赞神损害，宿怨食物腐肉与，负担等食物外缘所引起，鼻塞不适舌不适，胃病肾病肿瘤任何生，观想圆满忏悔水食子龙食子施，制成黑色替身以拇指环绕，供养损害者，左右鹿和，绵羊之形象上各挂衣物鞋子等。

Secret Practice Dakini's Whispered Lineage: Reliance on the Eight Interdependent Goddesses to Eliminate All Illnesses and Demonic Influences is present. Namo Guru Vajra Dakiniye. From Thangtong Gyalpo, the lord of immortal accomplishment, in the charnel ground of Rasmiwara in India, the wisdom dakini Vajravarahi personally bestowed this instruction. Called the Secret Practice Dakini's Whispered Lineage, it is exceedingly profound, even more so than profound itself, and highly potent. From this unbroken lineage of profound single-transmission instructions, countless methods for accomplishing supreme and common siddhis are taught. Here, for a while, relying on the eight goddesses who are the inner retinue of the Dharma Lord with the face of a sow, how do illnesses arise? What is their essence? The ways in which interdependent remedies should be applied, and the means by which illnesses and demonic influences are liberated through the offering of interdependent ransom rituals, are extracted and written solely with the intention of benefiting others. I beseech the Dharma Lord Dakini to grant her permission. (1) Dakini Mantra: The prophecy of the radiant goddesses, the inner retinue of the exceedingly wrathful black sow, is: On the first, ninth, seventeenth, and twenty-fifth days, illnesses and demonic influences strike from the north. Harm may come from a king or a demoness. Unclean food, or red sores and fever may arise. In the head, eyes, lungs, heart, kidneys, or waist, in any of these places, visualize all illnesses being washed away. Wash the body, knead dough with milk, fashion a black effigy, offer the ransom, and send it to the north, thereby pacifying illnesses and demonic influences. (2) The prophecy of the steadfast goddesses, the inner retinue of the exceedingly wrathful black sow, is: On the second, tenth, eighteenth, and twenty-sixth days, if illness strikes, it may be due to earth lords, guardians, a king, or the harm of tsen spirits, grudges, rotten food, or external conditions such as carrying burdens. Nasal congestion, discomfort of the tongue, stomach ailments, kidney ailments, or tumors may arise. Fulfill intentions, confess, offer water torma, and naga torma. Fashion a black effigy, encircle it with thumbprints, offer it to the harm-doer, and hang clothes and shoes on the figures of deer and sheep on the left and right.
