将绕洛的开光仪轨等合编，由莲花生上师喜悦之眷属钦哲旺波所著，以此善业愿虚空遍布的一切众生，所有心愿皆能如法如意成就。萨尔瓦 达 芒嘎朗 巴瓦图（藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།，梵文天城体：सर्वदा मङ्गलम् भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvada mangalam bhavatu，汉语字面意思：愿一切时吉祥）。 《意集经》百护法的口诀，具有隐秘性。钦哲旺波。

Having compiled the consecration rituals of Ra Lotsawa and others, may all beings pervading the sky, through the virtue of what was written by Khyentse Wangpo, a disciple who pleases Guru Rinpoche, have all their wishes fulfilled in accordance with the Dharma, just as they desire. Sarva da mangalam bhavatu (藏文：སརྦ་དཱ་མངྒ་ལཾ་བྷ་བ་ཏུ།，梵文天城体：सर्वदा मङ्गलम् भवतु，梵文罗马拟音：sarvada mangalam bhavatu，English literal meaning: May there be auspiciousness always).
