具足戒律清净者，破戒咒师若持此，能令誓言复圆满。 何者为诸魔所缠，持此解脱魔怖畏， 如是他方明咒术， 凶暴星曜诸恶煞， 掘土石木恶毒祟， 秽染诅咒诸罪过， 一切恶毒十万种， 无需赘言能胜彼。 如是殊胜与共同， 成就如意之轮也， 结缘具义见解脱。 诸密咒之心髓故， 修持密咒瑜伽士， 及于咒语具信心， 为彼共同不为众。 为胜义故无偏颇， 瑜伽行者当知此， 如前已为众宣说， 上师本尊空行母， 勤修供赞朵玛供， 坛城多次作开光， 特别任何诸事业， 皆作迎请乐器声， 供歌等亦勤精进。 尤其大国之仪轨， 此乃最胜深奥法， 何人圆满二十一， 事业彼者一生一， 身解脱也最殊胜。 中等中阴初解脱， 最下此生转世后， 无间即证得佛陀。 纵然福德极浅薄， 亦不堕落三恶趣。 如我莲花生所造， 密咒方便之殊胜， 见得无量之坛城。 无有胜此之法门， 是故珍爱如心髓。 君臣父子铭记于心， 今非弘扬之时机， 益西措嘉书于文， 为利后世埋为藏， 愿与具缘者相遇。 萨玛雅， 嘉嘉嘉， 萨嘉， 达嘉， 德嘉， 禁行。 阿底（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） 桑吉林巴之伏藏。 愿吉祥！ 喇嘛意集之圆满次第窍诀心要金炼，为利他见解脱轮回寂灭。 桑吉林巴。

Endowed with pure vows, If a mantra practitioner with broken vows holds this, It will restore the vows to their original state. Whoever is possessed by demons, By holding this, they will be liberated from the fear of demons. Likewise, other's knowledge mantras, Harsh directions, evil planets and stars, Evil influences from earth, stones, and trees, curses, and digging, Defilements, curses, and misdeeds, Etc., all nine evils and ten poisons, Needless to say, it is victorious over all. Thus, the supreme and common, The accomplishment is a wish-fulfilling wheel, Whoever connects with it becomes meaningful and liberated upon seeing it. Due to the great compassion of all secret mantras, For the yogis who practice secret mantras, And for those who have faith in mantras, It is not for everyone for common purposes. For the sake of the supreme purpose, there is no partiality. The yogi should know this meaning. As explained above to everyone, Guru, yidam, and dakini, It is important to diligently engage in recitation, accomplishment, and torma offerings. Consecrate the mandala many times. Especially whatever activities there may be, For all, make offerings with the sound of music, It is important to diligently engage in offering songs and so on. Especially for the great kingdom, This is the most profound and excellent ritual, Whoever completes the twenty-one activities, The best of them will be liberated in one lifetime and one body. The intermediate one will be liberated in the first bardo. The lowest, after transferring from this life, Without interruption, will become a Buddha. Even if their fortune is very small, They will not fall into the three lower realms. Like me, Padmasambhava, Through the special path of secret mantra methods, I have seen limitless mandalas. There is no higher method than this, Therefore, cherish it like your heart. The sovereign father and son concealed it in their hearts. Since now is not the time to spread it, Yeshe Tsogyal wrote it down, For the sake of future generations, it was buried as treasure. May it meet with a destined one. Samaya. Gya gya gya. Sagya. Dagya.
