Homage to the Guru! A ritual for making offerings to the relics of the supreme guides, called "The Jewel Cloud of the Two Accumulations." Infinite Wisdom. A ritual for making offerings to the relics of the supreme guides, called "The Jewel Cloud of the Two Accumulations." Infinite Wisdom. Herein resides the practice called "The Jewel Cloud of the Two Accumulations," a ritual for making offerings to the relics of the supreme guides. Namo Gurave. (Tibetan) I prostrate to the feet of the glorious Guru, who, by relying on him, easily perfects all the qualities of all the Buddhas and their children. To please him, I will briefly explain the practice. As it is said: A hundred thousand ordinary people are equal to one pure Brahmin. A hundred thousand pure Brahmins are equal to one Chakravartin. A hundred thousand Chakravartins are equal to one who has attained wisdom. A hundred thousand who have attained wisdom are equal to one Arhat. A hundred thousand Arhats are equal to one Lama. Therefore, if the Lama is actually present, it is best to make offerings to him. With what should we make offerings to please him? Even if he has passed away or is residing elsewhere, it is the same as if he were actually present. Contemplate with a respectful mind. Precede with a mandala offering. Offer all the wealth and movable and immovable things that you have acquired, taking them with your mind. As it is said, among virtuous actions, there is no greater benefit than making offerings to the Guru, the virtuous friend, after his passing. The benefits of the common vehicle can be summarized as six: In general, it becomes the antidote to all sins and obscurations. In particular, all the disrespect accumulated by relying on the virtuous friend will be exhausted. The accumulations will be quickly perfected. In all lifetimes, one will become a disciple. In particular, one will meet him in future lives. One will quickly be liberated from samsara. In the new and old tantras, it is said that it is more meritorious to apply a drop of sesame oil to one pore of the Guru than to make offerings to all the Buddhas. The benefits are inconceivable. There are three ways to make offerings as described above: The practice of the Kadam Lamas of the Sutra tradition. The mandala offering of the Mantra tradition, self-entry, empowerment, etc.

and supplement the common Guru offering with timely instructions. First, with the mind of enlightenment and the blessing of the place as a preliminary, clearly visualize the form, qualities, biography, activities, blessings, and kindness of the virtuous friend, remembering them from six aspects, and prostrate to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Look at the Guru's form, praise, offer mandalas, enjoyments, and other actual offerings, not being completely grasped by samadhi, offer the body, make offerings of practice, generate the mind of enlightenment, and offer with the seven branches. Confess sins and other remaining branches, as the main practice of accumulation and purification, quickly attain Buddhahood, and accept the supreme. Pray and urge to inspire the Guru's mind, and offer wishful prayers. Make aspirations, and again briefly offer the seven branches. Confess faults. Gather the support of accumulation into oneself and meditate on emptiness for one session. Make aspirations for good conduct and so on, and recite the hundred-syllable mantra several times. Second, the offering of the mandala of the mantra tradition, self-entry empowerment, etc., should be done as explained elsewhere. Third, the common Guru offering is supplemented with timely instructions. If it is related to mandala practice and offering, then enter here at the completion of its main practice. If it is not related, then it is acceptable to visualize any of the three roots as self-generation deities and recite, or to visualize as deities in an instant, prepare the bathing equipment, and practice according to the usual bathing vase. In front of the support, arrange all the outer, inner, and secret offerings as much as possible. The framework of the ritual, for the common Guru, Vajrasattva himself is the lord of the hundred families, so it will become very good. Or, it is also possible to add the Guru's mind practice and the yoga that the Guru does, there is no difference. Here, because the Vajrasattva of the maturing stage and the common gathering of jewels are easy to practice, so for these, it is divided into three parts: preliminary, main, and concluding. The first part has seven, the first is refuge, generating the mind, and accumulating merit, such as: Guru Glorious Vajrasattva (Tibetan: བླ་མ་དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས༔), etc., or Om Ah Hum (Tibetan: ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: ओम् आः हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: om āḥ hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Om Ah Hum), refuge holy beings, etc., and All phenomena are the nature of the three bodies (Tibetan: ཆོས་རྣམས་ཐམས་ཅད་སྐུ་གསུམ་རང་བཞིན་ལ༔), etc., recite three times. The second is offering blessing, such as Vajrasattva: Om Maha Krodheshvari Sarva Dra
