King of Confessions, the Naraka Dongtruk, Guru Chokyi Wangchuk, for Confessing All Defilements and Sins. The King of Confessions, the Naraka Dongtruk, for Confessing All Defilements and Sins, is present. The yogi visualizes the gurus, Sugatas, and the complete assembly of peaceful and wrathful deities in the sky before them, seated upon sun and moon lotus seats, appearing as vividly as if perceived by the senses. Multiplying their body into particles as numerous as dust motes before them, they speak words of confession, with minds full of remorse, confessing at all times. Afterwards, clarify with the view, and be strict with samaya, for accomplishment will be swift. Emaho! Essence of all times and directions, gurus, victorious ones, peaceful and wrathful ones, heed me! Descend here and be seated upon sun and moon lotus seats! Accept my prostrations and offerings to purify my lapses and downfalls. I prostrate to the gurus who are replete with qualities. I prostrate to the Dharmakaya, devoid of focus and free from elaboration. I prostrate to the Sambhogakaya, complete with great bliss. I prostrate to the Nirmanakaya, which emanates in various forms to benefit beings. I prostrate to the Vajrakaya, the unchanging essence. I prostrate to the body of perfect and complete enlightenment. I prostrate to the peaceful deities who pacify afflictions. I prostrate to the wrathful forms who cut through wrong views. I prostrate to Manjushri, the master of methods and lord of life. To Samantabhadra, father and mother, I prostrate to purify mental defilements. In the inconceivable, undifferentiated intention, the light of the five wisdoms is clear. To the five families of Sugatas, I prostrate to purify afflictions. The cause that arises from the state of the sphere, the friends of the five wisdoms arise. To the five great mothers of the sphere, I prostrate to purify the elements. The assembly of many emanations of wisdom, arising spontaneously for the benefit of beings, to the eight bodhisattvas, I prostrate to purify sensory consciousness. From the state of wisdom,

Perfect in qualities, raining down whatever accomplishments are desired, I prostrate to the eight offering goddesses to purify the place and time. Subduing the malicious, possessing the body of a hero, free from the fault of self-grasping, I prostrate to the four gates of Takrita (Tibetan: ཏ་ཀྲྀཏ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: तकृत, Sanskrit Romanization: takṛta, Chinese literal meaning: Takrita) to purify wrong views. Acting for the benefit of beings with the four immeasurables of loving-kindness, compassion, joy, and equanimity, I prostrate to the four wrathful gatekeepers to cut off permanence and annihilation. The six realms of samsara arise from the six consciousnesses, all caused by ignorance. To the six Buddhas who subdue with great compassion, I prostrate to purify delusion. Hūṃ! I prostrate to the power of Samantabhadra's wisdom, the great supreme lord. I prostrate to Heruka, who has reached the ultimate without abandoning the five poisons. I prostrate to the wrathful mother, who manifests in form from the expanse, uniting skillful means and wisdom. I prostrate to the eight wrathful mothers, the great secret emanated from the mind. I prostrate to the eight flesh-eating, fanged, winged messengers, the eight Pishachas. I prostrate to the four gate mothers who delight in summoning, attracting, binding, and subduing. I prostrate to the powerful mother, the emanation of worldly appearances. Hūṃ! Yamāntaka (Tibetan: ཡ་མཱནྟ་ཀ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: यमान्तक, Sanskrit Romanization: yamāntaka, Chinese literal meaning: Destroyer of Yama) - the destroyer of Yama, surrounded by a retinue of fierce pride, I prostrate to the body of Manjushri. Hūṃ! Hayagrīva (Tibetan: རྟ་མགྲིན་རྒྱལ་པོ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: हयग्रीव, Sanskrit Romanization: hayagrīva, Chinese literal meaning: Horse-necked King) - the lord of power, surrounded by a retinue of powerful means, I prostrate to the speech of Padma. Hūṃ! Great glorious Vajra Heruka, surrounded by a retinue of self-arising clarity, I prostrate to the true mind. Hūṃ! Bhagavan Great Supreme Heruka, surrounded by a vast array of peaceful and wrathful deities, I prostrate to the increase of qualities. Hūṃ! Vajrakumara, the body of activity, surrounded by a retinue of ten blazing wrathful ones, I prostrate to the accomplishment of activity. Hūṃ! Manifestly Perfect King Heruka, surrounded by a retinue made of the five elements, I prostrate to the assembly of Mamos. Hūṃ! Vidyadhara Vajra Drakpo Tsal, surrounded by a retinue abiding on the ground and path, I prostrate to the assembly of Vidyadharas. Hūṃ! Secret Lord, clothed in blue, surrounded by the arrogant ones of the world, I prostrate to the protector of the teachings. Hūṃ! Powerful Black One, possessing strength and power, surrounded by many lords of fierce mantras, I prostrate to the subduer of enemies and obstacles. Thus, the peaceful and wrathful deities of the Buddhas, whoever hears their names and prostrates, will purify all broken vows, and purify the five heinous sins. Even if one falls into hell, it will be completely purified, and this place will be known as the pure land of the Vidyadhara Buddhas. The fault of the ripening of karma, confess it in speech, repent it in mind, utter lamentations, purify with grief, with faith...
