To the ocean of oath-bound ones with their retinues, flowers, incense, lamps, fragrance, food, sweet sounds, musical instruments, medicine, torma, rakta, and secret substances, actual and mentally created offerings, in order to fulfill the powerful samaya, I respectfully offer and request you to accept! Maha Pancha Puja Ho!（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思） Confession: Oṃ! Those who are accomplished through wisdom, possessing clairvoyance and miraculous powers, who maintain fairness between good and bad, and uphold the samaya, who act as friends in accomplishing according to the teachings, assembly of oath-bound ones, please listen! I am a practitioner of secret mantra yoga, having taken the vows of the secret mantra Vajrayana, having vowed and promised to accomplish the root and branches of body, speech, and mind in accordance with the Dharma, but due to the power of ignorance, I have not been able to accomplish them. Mahakala, great power, I offer you this offering: in a precious vessel or bhanda, black food burning, smeared with blood, a victory banner of citta heart erected, marked with black yak, sheep, and dog, a pile of enemy flesh, bones, and skull cups, a stream of rakta blood flowing, with this samaya substance, a great burning torma, fulfill the samaya of the glorious protector, the black eunuch! Furthermore, to fulfill the samaya: nectar, medicine, torma, rakta, and various meats, hearts, and bloods, and riding horses, yaks for carrying, sheep for support, and betel nuts and arrowheads, secret substances, with various harmonious substances, fulfill the samaya! May the powerful samaya of the black eunuch and his retinue be fulfilled! Hūṃ! To the glorious mantra protectors, with harmonious substances, I fulfill: torma of red flesh and blood, and offerings of nectar and medicine, and argham of red rakta, and pure butter lamps and incense smoke, with offerings of feast gatherings, fulfill the samaya of the smoky black retinue! Hūṃ! Supreme Mother Goddess, Palbarma, I fulfill your samaya: torma of red flesh and blood, and especially harmonious substances of calamus, a dark blue tent and an ocean of rakta, with warm flesh and blood of human horses, Supreme Mother Goddess and her retinue, fulfill the samaya of all the mothers!
