Riding on the backs of lions and rams! Adorned with red silk, displaying various magical powers! I praise Tsen and Tenma, inconceivable Upāsakas! I prostrate and praise those with might, power, and magical abilities! General Praise to the Dharma Protectors: Hūṃ! In the past, before the Buddhas! You vowed to protect the world! Minister Tenma and Upāsakas! And treasure-guarding oath-bound ones! Local deities, earth-lords, hosts of protectors! I prostrate and praise the ocean-like assembly of oath-bound ones! Then, urging from the essential points: Hūṃ! Ocean-like assembly of oath-bound Dharma Protectors! In the past, before the Buddhas! Did you not unceasingly protect the Dharma? To the yogis who follow and practice! Did you not unceasingly act according to their commands? Oaths are sacred and without partiality! I urge you, do not be negligent, accomplish this task! Among friends, injustice is impossible! Among relatives, lack of kinship is impossible! Dharma protectors without power are impossible! Yogis without vows are impossible! I will uphold the principles of transgression! The words that are spoken, you must listen to! The substances of oath that are in accordance with you! Even if they are from the depths of the ocean, I will take them! I bear the responsibility of urging! You must accomplish the task that is entrusted! Please rectify the principles of transgression for both of us! If I do not urge you from the essential points! Thinking you do not know, you will become negligent! I declare, there is transgression, O oath-bound ones! I beseech and offer, hosts of protectors! To us yogis and our retinues! May the enemies of the past be pulverized! May the enemies of the present be cut off at the root! May the enemies of the future be reduced to ashes! Those who destroy the Buddha's teachings! Those who denigrate the glory of the Three Jewels! Those who curse the body of the guru! If enemies arise against us yogis! Even if they are our fathers, please liberate them! I may also transgress my vows! You must not transgress your vows! I establish the gods and gurus as witnesses! If you do not accomplish the task that is entrusted! You have already consumed the oath of initial transgression! If you violate the oath and vows! Please accept the confession, May you turn back the decline and fear of us yogis and our retinues. Protectors, oath-bound ones, and The damtsik of mantra-holders like me Even if it costs my life, I will not abandon it. When the heart of your commitment is urged, According to your power, strength, and miracles, Accomplish the four activities! May we yogis and our retinues Have long life and wealth, And may our retinues and disciples increase in activity. May auspiciousness and well-being be accomplished. The Victorious One's teaching, the secret, unsurpassed essence, Source of all happiness and well-being, protectors of the teachings, Joyfully fulfilled, all activities accomplished, victorious over the Maras, May the profound treasure teachings increase forever, And may all oath-bound ones be pleased by this. May auspiciousness and well-being abide for a long time! The Fulfillment and Offering to the Seven Classes of Oath-bound Ones is called the Precious Garland. Formerly composed separately, later corrected for confusion and well-established as a final draft. The individual treasure texts of this are a bit too elaborate and cannot be accomplished. This condensed action ritual, complete with the order of fulfillment and offering, is by Orgyen Padmasambhava's speech emanation, the Great Perfection yogi, treasure revealer Ratna Lingpa.
