Old temples, old treasuries, and deep caves are good places to practice kings and Theurang. It is good to practice Dorje Lekpa on top of the red rock, the good castle. It is good to practice bad omens in a place where dogs and people have no sound. It is good to practice hail inside a nine-story dark room. It is good to practice Mamo in the darkness where three valleys meet. In general, whatever you practice, it is good if there is no harm from wild people and spirits, and if you have all the materials and conditions you need. Secondly, abandoning the faults of evil: In general, places with noisy villages and towns, places of attachment, hatred, and broken vows, places of heretical views, and places and countries where the mind is tormented from many aspects and virtuous deeds do not increase should be abandoned. Other things to be abandoned that are not suitable: It is not possible to perform magical tricks and divination in the ruins of consecration and offering of Torma. It is not possible to practice wealth and clairvoyance in the ruins of the battlefield. It is not possible to accomplish any work in the place of lepers, widows, uncleanliness, defilement, and broken vows, so it should be abandoned. Secondly, the characteristics of the location of the inner monastery: It is auspicious if the mountain behind is like a white silk curtain, far away and high. If the eastern mountain is low and beautiful, the yogi's life will be long. If the southern mountain supports a long distance and looks like it is bowing or spreading out, the yogi's enjoyment will be great. If the western mountain is slightly high and has traces, the retinue and enjoyment will increase. If the northern mountain is high and looks like it is supporting, the foundation will be stable and good. Specifically, it is like arrows crossing each other, the mountain behind is like a king sitting on a throne, the mountain in front is like a pile of jewels, the snow mountain rock is like an iron chain pulled, or like great people sitting in a row, the retinue is like offering sacrifices, the river flows from the west, the water of the village flows to the right, the surrounding rocky mountains are like stacked scriptures, like arranged stupas, the surrounding area is formed by islands of trees and forests, the front is formed by islands of flowers, in general, the land is fertile and flat, that is good.
