Without this, all practitioners are like pelting a pile of beans with hail. Both self and others are destroyed like ashes carried away by the wind. Therefore, if these obstructing demons, obstacles, Dam Sri, and Byur Sri are not suppressed, even in dreams, one will give away one's own food and wealth to others, or be robbed by others, and everything one does will not go smoothly. Even eating and drinking will be wasted for no reason, dreams will be reversed, and one will often be obstructed in terms of people, wealth, and food. In short, all unfavorable things will happen. Moreover, one should strive in this practice, and whatever of the four activities of pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, and wrathful one practices, one should cherish striving in this. This was collected by I, Padma Demon-Subduer, from the Tantra of the Black Reversal of Substances. If this suppression is done once, the power of demons and obstacles will be destroyed. If repeated twice, all kinds of obstacles will not be able to approach. If repeated three times, what need is there to speak of demons and obstacles? It can seize the life of all gods and demons in the three realms, and cannot cause harm even after a hundred kalpas. If one practices the Dharma without suppressing these, all the desired goals of all practitioners will not be achieved, life will be short, diseases will be many, livestock and property will be lost, worldly and mundane affairs will not mature, one will be falsely accused, enemies will quarrel, bad circumstances will increase, one will be unhappy, and everything will be chaotic. Crops will not grow in the fields, and livestock will not eat fodder. The root of all activities will be destroyed by this. All these are because one does not possess this instruction, and the key is not suppressing the obstacles. Therefore, one should cherish the practice of this instruction very much. The reason why the instruction is needed is: Dam Sri, disguised as a long-armed Bonpo, creates obstacles for all practitioners. Dam Sri Yam.
