གྱིས༔ Samaya（藏文：ས་མ་ཡ，梵文天城体：समय，梵文罗马拟音：samaya，汉语字面意思：Vow）རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ Dha Thim（藏文：དྷ་ཐིམ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：，汉语字面意思：）. I, Padmasambhava, have shown a small bond for the method of reciting mantras. The mantra for enlightenment should be recited softly and continuously, like a stream. The mantra for wealth attainment should be recited just enough to hear the rustling of clothes. The mantras for averting should be recited like the sound of a turquoise dragon. The mantras for life force should be recited like a heavy rain, audible within a cubit's distance. For example, for mantras that benefit and mantras that avert, blow air and spit with arrogance. For suppressing, burning, subduing, and hailing hailstones, do not blow air or spit. Utter Hūṃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ）Hūṃ（藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hūṃ） and torment with visualization. Then, regarding the vows of mantras, until the number of sessions is reached, cut off speech. Do not interrupt with the words of others. Do not eat, drink, sleep, blow on fire, wipe snot, blow air, spit, talk to men, or gossip. Not losing these is the sacred vow. ྿ By making a wind wheel, make all the letters revolve in a way that they can be read. Peaceful Dharma wheel, wrathful Bon wheel. Protectors, not fearing the faults of samsara, Dharma protectors, for those who praise themselves and denigrate others, Dharma protectors, for those who alter the teachings and disrupt the lineage, Dharma protectors, for those who fabricate thoughts and memories, Dharma protectors, for those who are attached to texts and seek new companions, Dharma protectors, in general, as long as conceptual thoughts have not ceased, worldly affairs will not end, therefore, Dharma protectors and yidam deities will not descend, blaming the yidam deity for not having attained realization, blaming the yidam deity for lacking patience and endurance, thus it was said. Then, Chim asked: So, what kind of person can receive the blessings of the yidam deity? Orgyen Padmasambhava said: Abandoning human dharma and embracing divine dharma, accumulating merit and performing the ten virtues, severing the rope of samsara, such a person does not need to practice Dharma protectors to receive their descent. Acting with faith, respect, and reverence in accordance with the principles of the teachings, dedicating single-mindedly to the Three Jewels, such a person will naturally have Dharma protectors descend and generate power. Compassion is like the sunlight, without bias, guarding vows and commitments like earthen walls, such a person will have yidam deities and Dharma protectors descend and generate power. Wandering through kingdoms like water, studying and contemplating without partiality, relying on the guru as the crown of the head, severing doubts about the teachings, such a person will have Dharma protectors descend and generate power. Entering the profound secret mantra's path of generation and completion stages, visualizing deities and mudras as clearly as the world, such a person will have Dharma protectors descend and generate power. Proclaiming the practice of deities and mantras like the thunder of turquoise dragons, showering down the rays of power like hailstorms, such a person will have Dharma protectors descend and generate power. Diligently engaging in prostrations and circumambulations with the body, reciting mantras with the mouth diligently and abandoning meaningless words, keeping the mind undistracted, abiding single-mindedly in samadhi, such a person will have Dharma protectors descend and generate power. Having a broad mind, a clear mind, and great faith, without greed for fame and excessive desires, accepting poverty, weakness, and humility, belittling oneself and praising others, having patience, such a person will have the yidam deity descend. Thus it was said. This is called "The General Outline of Activity Rituals, A Rosary of Jewels," for the sake of future protectors of the teachings, the great teacher Padmasambhava gave this advice to the sovereign.
