吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！此宝瓶乃珍宝宫，其内安住某某及眷属，因赐予具种姓之子灌顶，愿得圆满四灌顶！此乃宝瓶灌顶之陀罗尼： 贡巴 巴尼 嘎耶！ 瓦沃 阿耶 嘎格 嘎果！ 此处应于开头念诵本尊之咒语。其后，金刚句中云：弟子生起信敬，上师则持朵玛如是说。其义为，此朵玛并非如此，而是某某之本尊坛城，如前所说之相状：上方为持明成就者之海众，中间为本尊六续部之坛城，下方为智慧护法神众如云般涌现，降临于汝等之顶门。彼等之身语意放射出各种颜色之光芒，融入汝等之中。由此，获得一切灌顶、加持与成就。如我等所祈请，一切加持与成就，当下即能赐予并获得，如是生起坚定之信心！吽 (藏文，梵文天城体：हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)！此朵玛乃某某，无余眷属皆明晰安住，因赐予汝子灌顶，愿圆满获得四灌顶！法身普贤父母，报身五部父母，本师金刚萨埵，持明嘎饶多吉，堪布西日桑哈，印度八大持明，无死莲花生，君臣二十五等持明传承之殊胜上师们，特别是某某本尊坛城及眷属，请加持此等金刚弟子！现在加持！迅速加持！加持平息此等身语意三门所受之损害与恼害，上方之邪魔星曜，下方之龙族地神，中间之凶神恶鬼等八万魔障之损害！加持平息由风引起，由胆引起，由痰引起，由混合引起等四百零四种疾病之损害！加持增长寿命、福德、权势、财富、功德、智慧

Hūṃ! This vase is a precious palace, In which resides so-and-so with their retinue, By bestowing empowerment upon the son of lineage, May the complete four empowerments be attained! This is the dhāraṇī of the vase empowerment: Kumbha pani ka ye! Barbu a yi ka ki ka ko! At this point, the mantra of whichever deity is being invoked should be recited first. Then, from the vajra verses: The student generates faith and respect, and the teacher holds the torma and speaks thus. The meaning of this is that this torma is not merely this, but the maṇḍala of such-and-such deity, with the characteristics just mentioned: Above, a sea of vidyādharas and siddhas; in the middle, the maṇḍala of the six tantra classes of yidams; below, a cloud-like gathering of dharma protectors and guardians of wisdom, coming to the crown of your heads. From their bodies, speech, and minds, rays of light of various colors emanate and dissolve into you all. Thus, may you receive all empowerments, blessings, and accomplishments. Just as we have prayed, may all blessings and accomplishments be granted and attained right now, with unwavering devotion! Hūṃ! This torma is so-and-so, With their entire retinue clearly present, By bestowing empowerment upon you, my son, May you completely attain the four empowerments! Dharmakāya Samantabhadra and Samantabhadri, Sambhogakāya Five Buddha Families, Teacher Vajrasattva, Vidyādhara Garab Dorje, Scholar Śrī Siṃha, The Eight Great Vidyādharas of India, Immortal Padmasambhava, King and Subjects Twenty-Five, and all the supreme gurus of the vidyādhara lineage, and especially the maṇḍala of such-and-such deity with their retinue, please bless these vajra disciples! Bless them now! Bless them quickly! Bless and pacify all the harm and injury to the body, speech, and mind of these beings, The harm of upper spirits, planets, and stars, The harm of lower spirits, nāgas, and earth lords, The harm of intermediate spirits, nyen, teu rang, and so on, all eighty thousand classes of obstructing spirits! Bless and pacify all the harm of the four hundred and four diseases caused by wind, bile, phlegm, and combinations thereof! Bless and increase life, merit, glory, and wealth, qualities, and wisdom.

May all blessings increase and expand like the waxing moon! May the attainment of immortal life be blessed, and may all wind, mind, and appearances be brought under control! May the obstacles to the practice of enlightenment, the four maras and all misleading influences, be completely destroyed! From this life to all lifetimes, may the Chege deities protect these Vajra disciples, as a treasury of supreme deities, as a three-day guard, as a three-night watch, and protect them from untimely death and all the sufferings of samsara and the lower realms. The Torma empowerment mantra is: Ma Ni Ma Ta Ya Ka Di Ma Hu! Ha Sya La Sya Se Le Ye! Lya Lye Pya Tya Hya Hum Hya! Then, from the Vajra verse it says: "Give each body image into the hands of the disciples." Therefore, this body image, appearing vividly as Chege himself, radiates from the places of the body a multitude of self-like white, yellow, red, green, and blue lights, which dissolve into your respective places. Meditate on receiving the complete empowerment of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. Hum! In the body image of Chege, the mandala of Chege is complete. Because you, the disciple, are empowered, may the four empowerments of the Chege mandala be completely attained. The mantra for the body empowerment is: Lhaba Lhaba Jimpa Nya Ha Sya Ye! Ha Tram!
