Having arisen from the basis and wisdom, the ocean of oath-bound protectors, internal and external; together with the Four Great Kings and the ocean of wealth deities; emanations upon emanations, messengers, and workers; male and female lineages, guards of the command, and so forth; to the guardians of places and lords of treasures, I offer this feast gathering. Please partake of it in order to protect the Buddha's teachings. Please partake of it in order to prolong the lives of mantra holders. Please partake of it in order to spread the profound teachings. Please partake of it in order to propagate the lineage and the Dharma lineage. Please partake of it in order to subdue gods and humans. Please partake of it in order to increase life, merit, glory, and wealth. Please partake of it in order to spread fame in all ten directions. Please partake of it in order to slay harmful enemies and obstructors. Please partake of it in order to subdue misleading demons and spirits. Please partake of it in order to repel the enemy, obstructors, and border armies. Sarva gana chakra puja khahi! (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari, Sanskrit Romanization, Chinese literal meaning) All, assembly, wheel, offering, eat! This is the ninth chapter, the feast gathering. Samaya! Gya gya gya! Then, the giving of leftovers: Hum Bhyo! Great lords of leftovers, great torma gatherings; arrogant males and females, oath-bound collectors of leftovers, and so forth; fathers who descend from the command, please partake of this leftover torma, and reduce the enemy, obstructors, and border armies to dust. This is the tenth chapter, the leftover torma. Samaya! Gya gya gya! Then, the making of vows: Hum Bhyo! In the past, in the first age of the kalpa, in the palace of Great Bliss in the Dharmadhatu of Akanishta, the Bhagavan, the Great Glorious Lotus Empowerment, when he bound the mothers of existence and samsara by oath, all the dakinis of the Dharmadhatu, when they showed their forms and offered their life essence, the oath of the Dharma's fierce protectors, the torma recipients of the command, do not forget the vows of the past, accomplish all the tasks entrusted to you, partake of this torma of red flesh and blood, and reduce the enemy, obstructors, and border armies to dust. Then, in the middle of the intermediate kalpa, in the great charnel ground of the Rakshasa fortress, the teacher Padmasambhava, the Vidyadhara Humkara, when he opened the mandala of the Secret Essence, the male and female siblings, workers of poison and weapons, when they showed their greatest strength, when the noble Lion's Roar arose in form, the arrogant males and females offered their life essence before him, the oath of the Dharma's fierce protectors, the torma recipients of the command, do not forget the vows of the past, accomplish all the tasks entrusted to you, partake of this torma of red flesh and blood, and the enemy, obstructors, and border armies

May it be scattered into dust! Hūṃ bhyo! In the depths of that past age, In this snowy mountain region of northern Tibet, In the Samdrub Keutsang of Taktsang Sengge, When the great vidyādhara Padmā Dudul Opened the mandala of the Yangsang Nyingtik to Yeshe Tsogyal and the young translator, When the eight classes of arrogant ones and the seven Rolyapa Offered their life-essence manifestly, The command to protect the teachings firmly was given. Do not forget the previous oath, accomplish all the entrusted tasks! Take this red flesh and blood torma, And scatter the enemy and obstacle's army into dust! Hūṃ bhyo! Now, at the very end of this degenerate age, In the palace of Padmā Od in the southwest, When the great vidyādhara Padmā Tötreng Bestowed the secret Nyingtik generation and completion upon Dudul Dorje, the successor of the degenerate age, The demon lord, consort, attendants, and all the oath-bound protectors of the outer and inner realms, When they showed their forms and offered their life-essence, They vowed to spread the Yangsang teachings in all ten directions, And to slay all the heretical and demonic beings. Do not forget the previous oath, accomplish all the entrusted tasks! Take this red flesh and blood torma, And scatter the enemy and obstacle's army into dust! This is the tenth chapter, the section on the oath. Samaya! Great, great, great! Then, protecting the Brtan Ma: Hūṃ bhyo! In the first age of the past, When Padmā Dudul, who subdues all appearances and existence, Came to this snowy land of Tibet, At the border between China and Tibet, In the cave of Asura, Guru Padmasambhava And the powerful Langchen Pal Seng Offered a red argham, Placed the twelve Brtan Ma as servants and attendants On seats spread out in the provinces, Bestowed empowerment and secret names, Placed the samaya vajra on their heads, Poured the amrita of wisdom on their tongues, And prophesied their attainment of liberation. Remember the powerful previous oath! Since you have not yet passed away from this world, Do not neglect the oath, perform your activities! Take this red flesh and blood torma, And establish the beings of Tibet in the Dharma, And spread the Yangsang teachings in all ten directions, And connect seeing, hearing, remembering, and touching to the state of Buddhahood, Especially those who harm the secret mantra teachings, And harm all beings.
