Also sand and sparrows, etc. When guarding against intestinal diseases, visualize yourself as a white pig, blow (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: हूं, Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Literal Chinese meaning: Hum) with the breath of your nose, and imagine eating whatever is in your mouth. Recite: Om Tara Nam, Tsara Ni Sa Du Svaha. While reciting, imagine dispelling the disease with iron salt. Recite seven times for the best, five times for the medium, and one time for the least. When going to a place with disease, recite the mantra twenty-one times and put it in water to drink. This will overcome the disease. If you want a beautiful voice, make pills from honey, sandalwood, Saposhnikovia divaricata, licorice, Terminalia chebula, and sugar. In the early morning, recite the ten-syllable mantra and offer it with the juice of Saposhnikovia divaricata. Om Trang Sam Ra Hum Hum Phat Phat Svaha. This will surely overcome. Also, press the index finger of the left hand with the thumb of the right hand and take seven steps, saying: Buta Pa Khuk Chig. Om Vajra Kule Kuru Svaha. After seven steps, release the grip. This is a method to prevent thieves. Also, Raksha Raksha Kram Byo Svaha. Sprinkle white mustard seeds on the clothes to ward off weapons. The method of reversal is: On a clean ground, mix vermilion and red lotus, and draw the image of the Protector, with nine heads and eighteen arms, all holding weapons, on the belly of the wheel. The wheel has fourteen spokes, with a circle around the center, and around the Hum at the center, write ten letters, writing the reversal of curses. On the spokes, write: A Ka Sa Ma Ra Tsa Sha Da Ra Sa Ma Ra Ya Phat. Outside, write the mantras of the eight classes and the reversal. On the circle, write: Mara Ya Phat Ya. Mura Ra Ya Mura Phat. Kuta Ya Phat. Lang Tsang Phat. Ebu Sumu Phat. Spota Spota Phat. Write these six Phat mantras. Even if three thousand people holding phurbas, perform subjugation at the same time, if one writes and holds this, and diligently recites the mantra, the body will turn into Vajra. What need to mention harmful weapons?
