Upon the earth, lion, buffalo herd supreme, Above the king of horses, sun and moon stacked, Chief of the proud, supreme being, great terrifying one, Protectors of the Dharma, proud ones with retinues, In order to fulfill your vows, I request you to remain steadfast. You, the great being who holds vows, To protect the Buddha's teachings forever, And for the sake of beings, consider with compassion, To invite and offer, I request you to remain in this place. Thus invited, think of them as abiding inseparably. Upon the crown of the head of the main deity and retinue, visualize Vajrapani and Padma Vajra. Pour nectar onto their tongues, and believe that a vajra is placed on their heads. As the Buddhas have commanded, As the wrathful kings have empowered and vowed, As Padma Vajra has instructed, Remember your own vows and commitments. With the firm pride of being a personal deity, place a vajra on your head. Offering the Torma of E-drag: Cleansing with incense. From emptiness, Yaṃ (Tibetan: ཡཾ, Devanagari: यं, Romanized Sanskrit: yaṃ, literal Chinese meaning: wind) arises as a wind mandala, Raṃ (Tibetan: རཾ, Devanagari: रं, Romanized Sanskrit: raṃ, literal Chinese meaning: fire) arises as a fire mandala. Above that, A (Tibetan: ཨ, Devanagari: अ, Romanized Sanskrit: a, literal Chinese meaning: none) arises as a wide and vast lotus container. Inside it, five meats arise from gokudāhana, five amṛtas arise from bimumāraśu, marked by these letters.
