身披坚固的盔甲，昔日遵照胜者的教言，请享用这誓言物的食子，愿我和瑜伽士眷属，所有不顺遂之事得以平息，寿命与福报增长广大，所有邪见尽收于掌握之中，迅速解救衰败的教法，成就所托付的事业。如是七十护法众，昔日于劫初之时，薄伽梵大吉祥黑汝嘎，施加誓言并交付教令之印。其后在拉萨（拉萨，今西藏自治区首府）幻化显现处，莲花生大师以颅鬘为饰，对领主父子莲妃等，君臣眷属等，于度脱轮回之圣尊，作广大成就灌顶之时，玛哈嘎拉兄妹与，七十五位吉祥怙主，真实显现自身后，各自献上命之精要，为了守护佛陀教法与，修持正法的修行者，成办四种事业，守护殊胜法轮等，承诺誓言毫不动摇，请享用这庄严的食子，摧毁所有敌人，调伏所有魔障，成办四种事业。愿无恶梦与恶兆，无不良行为，此世间风调雨顺，圆满具足安乐祥瑞，心中所愿皆得成就。此后，按照上师的食子仪轨，进行断除、登记、稳固、守护等后续事宜，怙主与眷属若有依凭之物则融入，若无则祈请返回本位，自身以本尊之慢守护。如是玛哈嘎拉与七十五位吉祥怙主的仪轨，乃是按照邬金（乌仗那）大 गुरु（梵文，Guru， गुरु，上师）的教言，由我莲妃在拉萨（拉萨，今西藏自治区首府）幻化显现处的楼上西侧的蓝色纸板上书写，愿此与后世邬金（乌仗那）语之子相遇。गुरु देव डाकिनी सर्व समय (藏文，梵文天城体，guru deva ḍākinī sarva samaya，梵文罗马拟音，一切誓言)。རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ༔ （藏文，封印，封印，封印）ཟབ་རྒྱ༔ （藏文，甚深封印）གཏེར་རྒྱ༔ （藏文，伏藏封印）སྦས་རྒྱ༔ （藏文，秘密封印）གཏད་རྒྱ༔ （藏文，交付封印）དྷ་ཐིམ༔ （藏文，融入）我噶尔旺秋扎从蓝色皮面的板上清晰地抄录下来。 大悲观音度脱轮回之玛哈嘎拉兄妹七十尊仪轨。噶尔旺秋扎。

Adorned with strong armor, according to the words of the Victorious Ones of the past, please accept this torma of samaya substances, may all unfavorable circumstances be pacified for me and the yogi retinue, may life and prosperity increase greatly, may all wrong views be brought under control, may the decaying teachings be quickly rescued, and may the entrusted activities be accomplished. Thus, the assembly of seventy glorious protectors, in the first age of the past kalpa, the Bhagavan Great Glorious Heruka, sealed the oath and entrusted the seal of command. Then in Rasa Trulnang (Lhasa), the master Padmasambhava with a garland of skulls, to the lord father and son, Tso-gyal, and the retinue of king and subjects, at the time of the great accomplishment empowerment of the noble one who liberates from samsara, Maha Kala brothers and sisters and, seventy-five glorious protectors, having actually shown their own forms, offered the essence of their own lives, in order to protect the Buddha's teachings and, for the practitioners who practice the sacred Dharma, to accomplish the four activities, to protect the sacred Dharma wheel, etc., without wavering from the vows and promises, please accept this adorned torma, destroy all enemies, subdue all obstacles, and accomplish the four activities. May there be no bad dreams or bad omens, no bad deeds, may there be good harvests in this world, may there be perfect peace and prosperity, and may all wishes in the heart be fulfilled. Then, according to the torma lama's practice manual, follow the cutting, registering, stabilizing, and guarding procedures, etc. If the protector and retinue have a support, dissolve into it; if not, request them to depart. Protect yourself with the pride of the yidam deity. Thus, the practice manual of Maha Kala and the seventy-five glorious protectors, according to the command of Orgyen Maha Guru, was written by me, Tso-gyal, on a blue paper board on the west side of the upper floor of Rasa Trulnang (Lhasa), may this meet with the sons of Orgyen's speech in future generations.
