The east is stacked with human skulls, the human heads emit laughter of 'ya la la'; the south is stacked with horse skulls, the sound of horse bone flutes is heard; the west is stacked with monkey skulls, the laughter of gatherings is heard; the north is stacked with sheep skulls, the ewes emit bleating sounds. The four corners are made of precious copper, on the precious crystal doors, golden patterns are clearly decorated, on the lapis lazuli latch, it is fixed with a white conch latch. The threshold is made of blue jade, firmly buried with iron foundation stones. Inside is a red and black triangle, outside are skulls and swirling flames. On the top of that palace, the clouds of disease are spreading, black carrion birds gather densely. On the four corners of that palace, clusters of poisonous snakes are coiled. On the four walls of that palace, human blood and horse blood are soaked. On the foundation of that palace, the water buffalo emits a steel-like sound. From the four directions of that palace, there are vultures, ghouls, black dogs, and many black horses, making 'tse re re' sounds; many black yaks, making 'ngur ru ru' sounds; iron wolves and ghouls, making 'du ru ru' sounds. Inside that skull palace, the whirlwind of flames roars, human corpses and horse corpses are spread all over the ground, human blood and horse blood accumulate into lakes, human skin and horse skin are hung as curtains, human heads and horse heads are hanging, the sacrificial smoke of humans and horses is spreading, flutes made of human leg bones make 'chang se chang' sounds. Inside that palace, the demon king wears a rosary of skulls, residing is a black hermaphrodite, is the terrifying black life demon. Above the union of male and female Rudra, on the seat of burning corpses, is inseparable from the glorious Mother. Coming forth is the black great god, the lord of the auspicious black assembly, the great自在天 of the desire realm. From the northeast of Mount Sumeru, wandering in the four continents and the sky, subduing the servant demon armies of phenomenal existence, protecting the Dharma, supporting yogis, is the true manifestation of Heruka, dedicated to the work of liberating the ten directions of Buddha-fields. Adorned with a majestic black cloak, the dark Yungdrung covers the body, raising the black banner, waving the military flag, throwing the heart lasso, shooting the demon arrow.

A sandalwood-handled great knife, worn at the waist. Mobilizing twenty-seven thousand heavenly soldiers, completely crush all the demon armies. Subdue, demon, accept your fate. Surrounded by a hundred thousand life-stealing demons. The time for a million emanations has come. Your right-wing vanguard, twenty-seven thousand clad in iron armor, armor strong, weapons sharp. Riding a blue-necked swan. The heavenly soldiers shout "Soha, Diri Diri". The time for you to fulfill your oath has come. Your left-wing vanguard, countless worldly mothers, all with the same attire, riding mules, horses, and three-legged animals. Holding a divination stick in the right hand, a disease bag in the left. The time for you to fulfill your oath has come. Your forward marker, the eight great Yakshas of the north, each fierce and violent. Transforming into iron eagles and vultures, severing the wandering souls of enemies, reaching straight to hell. The time for you to fulfill your oath has come. Your rear followers, the eight great Yamarajas of the south, transforming into tigers, leopards, bears, wolves, and dogs, running and chasing, following from behind, eliminating enemies and obstacles. The time for you to fulfill your oath has come. Countless emanation retinues, and billions of demon soldiers, possessing flesh and blood and life, striving to protect the Dharma. Offering, sacrificing, fulfilling the oath. Accomplish the entrusted tasks. Destroying the Buddha's teachings, cursing the Guru's body, destroying the solitary sacred places, creating division among the Sangha, harming all sentient beings, slandering the secret mantra Dharma, stealing the monastery's wealth, disturbing the minds of meditators, people delighting in evil, turning good deeds into evil, those who possess these ten grounds for extermination, there is no time to delay until months and years, now exterminate them! The time has come, Samaya (藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思：དམ་ཚིག，समय，samaya，vow)! Oath-breakers, oath-keepers! Entrusted, delivered, assembly of protectors! We, the yogis who possess the oath, protect the retinue, avert obstacles, accomplish wishes. As in the past oath, the entrusted matters.

May the activities be accomplished! Thus, empower, praise, and urge. Whatever is thought of, may it be accomplished accordingly. This glorious protector, Black Maning, is the ultimate of all Dharma protectors. For the sake of protecting the profound terma, it was hidden in the rock of Geri. May it meet with a karmically connected one at the end of time! Samaya. Gya Gya Gya. Kha Tham. Guhya. Fulfill the commitment and apply it to activities. Show the time when the Great Black One moves: On the third day, at noon, look to the east. On the fifth day, at dawn, look to the southwest. On the eighth day, at dawn, look to the west. On the tenth day, in the evening, look to the north. On the fifteenth day, at the first light, slightly to the south. On the twenty-first, when the sun is setting, look to the west. On the twenty-fourth, in the evening, look to the north. When the sky is empty, at noon, look to the four directions. In general, from when the sun is red, it is certain to move until noon. At the time when he himself moves, as above, face that direction, offer, supplicate, and engage in activities. By that, all activities will be accomplished.
