The sphere, the method is white, wisdom is red in color. In the four places, there is the sphere of E-VAM MAYA. HA RI NI abides on the earth itself. In detail, meditate on the five chakras. In secret, thirty-two are green. If distinguished, the head is blue, the solitary mother is white, the flesh is red. The crown, throat, heart, and navel are the four places. White, blue, red, and yellow are the elements of the five elements. In the heart, A or VAM itself. The secret is in the manner of earth. On the crown of the head are the six crown chakras. White is the connection of the crown, secret, method, and wisdom. In great detail, the limbs, etc. Each joint has six chakras. The fingers, etc., abide in the same way. The twenty-four channels, etc. Meditate on the color distinctions as in the tantra. The breath, left, right, and center, three each. Blow out nine times with 'sang'. The five pure elements with five colors. First four fingers, then eight. Sixteen, thirty-two, sixty-four. Like interwoven brocade threads. Combine with timing and inhale slowly. Fill two-thirds of the belly. Press down the upper air and contract the lower air. Join the mouth, air, and mind, indivisibly. Release slowly, unbearably. Thus, having mastered the air, loosen the seven key points and descend slightly. Block the door with the heel and strike the knee. Rotate the waist like a wheel. Twist the upper body to the left and right. Rotate the neck and shake the head as if washing it. Fill the chakra channels with air. The knots of the chakra channels will be loosened. Slap the armpits and strike the shoulders with the fist. Kick the legs at the thighs and shake the head. With a single eye looking straight ahead, all the knots of the limb channels are loosened. By shaking the air, one can walk quickly. The objects of focus are also as before. Remove obstacles by shaking and exhaling 'HA'. The mind is in full or half lotus posture. The descent is also practiced in sequence. Then meditate on the white and red bindus. By the power of the air, from the tummo, heat arises and gradually the fire also blazes. Squatting, covering the knees, warmth blazes, and the chakra limbs are shaken. Lower the right side, cover the kidneys, and lie down. As the bindus melt, in the four places, sit in lotus posture, reverse, and descend again. The seven key points, squatting, embracing the knees, etc. Tilt the head, lie face down, and curl up the hands and feet. Or lie on the back and cross the hands and feet. In the crown, throat, heart, and navel, joy, supreme joy, and special joy arise together. Having recognized and increased great bliss, when the bindus begin to flow, join the belly to the back, tighten the four calves, and turn the eyes upward. The tip of the tongue.

Press the tongue against the palate and utter the sound "Su"; exhale with the sound "Hik." Draw from the secret place and gather at the navel; inflate the abdomen and hold the breath in the central channel; sequentially reverse the process, drawing up to the crown of the head; finally, dissolve into the bindu itself; rest in the state of objectless emptiness. Lie down, sit up, and place both palms; on the knees, drawing breath and making the "Hik" sound; shake the whole body, with the bindu; spreading throughout all the channels; with fingers block the eyes, etc., eliminating obstacles; shake the head and stir, repeatedly; generate bliss and meditate on emptiness; one's own body possesses the method; this is the particularly excellent key to extracting the essence of the path. Samaya. The great incarnate treasure revealer, the supreme Dechen Lingpa Trinley Drodul Tsal (Dechen Lingpa, Power of Taming Beings), from among the twenty-five great sacred sites of Kham, from the nectar cave of Khandro Bumdzong, the supreme place of the qualities of mind, brought forth the yellow scroll, a copy transcribed from the symbolic script of the dakinis. Ama Adulzin Pema Drime Lodro Shenpen Chokyi Nangwa copied it at Yael Phuk Namkha Yangdzong Nedan Gang's Changmey Ling, may the victorious precious doctrine flourish and spread in all directions and remain for a long time.
