ཞི་ཚེ་བསོད་དང༔ གཉིས་མེད་ཡེ་ཤེས་རྒྱས་པར་འགྱུར༔ ཅེས་པས་བསྔགས་པ་ལྟར་གནས་སྐབས་དང་མཐར་ཐུག་གི་དགོས་པ་དུ་མ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཡིན་པས་དད་གུས་ཀྱི་ངེས་ཤེས་ཆེན་པོས་འདིའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ལ་ཡིད་དམ་དུ་འཆའ་བ་སོགས་ཐུན་མོང་དང་ཁྱད་པར་གྱི་དམ་ཚིག་རྣམས་ཚུལ་བཞིན་དུ་བསྲུང་བར་བགྱིའོ་སྙམ་པས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས། གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་སོགས་གཏང་རག་མཎྜལ་ཕྱིན་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱས་ལ་སློབ་མ་གྱེས། མཆོད་བསྟོད་ནོངས་བཤགས་གཤེགས་གསོལ། བསྡུ་ལྡང་བསྔོ་སྨོན་བཀྲ་ཤིས་བཅས་བྱའོ། །གདམས་པའི་བདུད་རྩི་ཁྱད་པར་ཅན། །སྐལ་ལྡན་ཀུན་གྱིས་བཅུད་དུ་ཐོབ། །ཚེ་དང་ཡེ་ཤེས་ལང་ཚོ་རྒྱས། །དོན་གཉིས་ཕྲིན་ལས་མཁའ་ཁྱབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའང་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་གཟིགས་མཁན་ཆེན་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཆང་ངག་དབང་བསོད་ནམས་རྒྱལ་མཚན་ཞལ་སྔ་ནས་རིན་ཆེན་དང་པོའི་མེ་ཏོག་དང་བཅས་ཏེ་བཀའ་ལུང་སྤྱི་བོར་ཕེབས་པར་བརྟེན། གཏེར་ཆེན་མཁས་གྲུབ་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་སྤྱི་རྗེ་ཉིད་ལས་བཀའི་གནང་བ་དང་ཞལ་ཁྲིད་ཀྱི་བདུད་རྩི་གུས་པས་ནོས་ཏེ། པདྨ་གར་དབང་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་ཀྱི་དཔལ་དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊིའི་སྒྲུབ་གནས་ཀྱི་སྙིང་པོར་བགྱིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། འཆི་མེད་འཕགས་མའི་སྙིང་ཏིག་ལས་ཐུན་མོང་ཚེའི་རྗེས་གནང་བྱ་བའི་ཚུལ་གསལ་བར་བཀོད་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་སྒོ་འབྱེད། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།

寂静增寿命，无二智慧得增长。如是赞叹，因具暂时与究竟之诸多利益，故以极大之信敬，将此瑜伽视为本尊等，共同与特殊之誓言皆如法守护，如是思惟后随念。如主尊如何等，献曼扎至感谢，如常进行后遣散弟子。供赞、忏悔罪过、祈请降临。收摄、起立、回向、发愿、吉祥等行之。教言之殊胜甘露，愿具缘者皆得受用。寿命与智慧，青春得增长，二利事业，愿能遍布虚空。此乃一切智者大堪布金刚持阿旺索南坚赞尊者，以第一珍宝之鲜花等，赐予口传加持于顶门之故。从大伏藏师贤哲总集之总主处，恭敬领受口传许可与口诀之甘露。莲花自在慧无边之吉祥，于德威果谛之修行处之精要处所作，善妙增盛。 不朽圣母心滴中，共同长寿灌顶之行法，开显智慧之门。慧无边。

May peace, life, and merit increase, and may non-dual wisdom expand. As praised in this way, since it possesses many benefits, both temporary and ultimate, with great faith and reverence, regard this yoga as your personal deity, etc., and diligently protect all common and special vows. Thinking in this way, recite after me. As the main deity, etc., offer the mandala of gratitude as usual, and then dismiss the disciples. Perform offerings, praise, confession of faults, and supplication for descent. Perform gathering, rising, dedication, aspiration, and auspiciousness. May all fortunate ones obtain the essence of the extraordinary nectar of the instructions. May life, wisdom, and youth increase, and may the activities of the two benefits pervade the sky. This was also done because the all-knowing and all-seeing great Khenchen Vajradhara Ngawang Sonam Gyaltsen bestowed the oral transmission and blessings upon my crown with the first precious flower. From the great treasure revealer, the lord of all wise and accomplished ones, I respectfully received the permission of oral transmission and the nectar of oral instructions. May the glory of Padma Garwang Lodro Thaye increase the goodness, having done so at the heart of the practice place of Devi Koti.
