The smile of the immortal wisdom moon, thoroughly cools the hearts of those to be tamed, destroying the darkness of time. To that one, I prostrate with reverence; please hold me with your grace. To accomplish the common longevity empowerment, which is a condensed ripening practice of the Nyingtik of the Immortal Holy Mother, or also serves as an initial gateway: Preparation: On the mandala on the dais, arrange a heap of white grains. In the center, on a support, place a vase filled with the essence of the twenty-five, wrapped with a white neck cord and adorned with ornaments. To its right, place a worthy bandha filled with chang mixed with the three sweets, and to the left, a longevity stalk surrounded by longevity pills. In front, arrange medicine, rakta, torma, the two waters, and a complete set of offerings. Also gather nearby the necessary implements such as the activity vase and blue torma. At the beginning of the main practice, a condensed activity will suffice. First, refuge and bodhicitta: Namo! Until enlightenment, I and all beings take refuge in the lama, the wish-fulfilling wheel, the very essence of the Three Jewels, with unwavering devotion. Repeat three times. Ho! For the sake of liberating all sentient beings as limitless as the sky from the ocean of suffering, through the yoga of the noble Jetsunma, I generate the mind to accomplish immortality. Repeat three times. Hūṃ Hūṃ Hūṃ. Recite this mantra and dispel obstacles with the Sumbaṇi mantra. Vajra Jñāna Rakṣa. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. Visualize a stable protective wheel. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ. The dwelling place is arranged as a lotus of great bliss, in the center of a pure and vast realm. All outer, inner, and secret offerings become a wheel of the treasury of space. Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Sarva Pūja Megha Samaya Hūṃ. Bless with the mudra of the treasury of space. Generate the deity: Oṃ Mahā Śūnyatā Jñāna Vajra Svabhāva Ātmako 'Haṃ.
