བསྔོ་བ་སྨོན་ལམ། བཀྲ་ཤིས་རྣམས་མཐར་ཆགས་སུ་བཏང་བས་ལེགས་པར་གྲུབ་བོ། །སྒྲུབ་ཐབས་ཆུ་གཏེར་གཏིང་དཔག་དཀའ་བ་ལས། །འཆི་མེད་འཕགས་མའི་གདམས་སྐོར་བདུད་རྩིའི་བུམ། །ཟབ་གཏེར་མེས་པོའི་ཐུགས་བསྐྱེད་ལས་འཁྲུངས་པ། །སྐལ་བཟང་ལེགས་བྲིས་ཡོངས་ཀྱི་བཅུད་དུ་བསྟན། །སྨིན་བྱེད་གངྒཱའི་ཆུ་ཀླུང་སྲིད་པའི་མཐར། །ནུབ་མེད་ཡོངས་པའི་ལྗོངས་སུ་རྟག་པར་འབབ། །ཉེས་ཚོགས་དྲི་བཀྲུས་ལེགས་དགུའི་ཡོན་ཏན་གྱིས། །མངོན་མཐོ་ངེས་ལེགས་སྲོག་ཟུངས་རབ་བརྟན་ཤོག །ཅེས་རིགས་བརྒྱའི་ཁྱབ་བདག་གཏེར་ཆེན་བླ་མ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ་ཉིད་ནས་སྨིན་གྲོལ་གདམས་པས་རྗེས་སུ་བཟུང་ཞིང་བཀའི་གནང་བ་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པ་བསྩལ་པའི་སྐལ་བཟང་ཐོབ་པ་ལས། འདུ་གསུམ་སྤྱོད་པ་དགེ་སྦྱོང་གི་གཟུགས་བརྙན་པདྨ་གར་དབང་ཕྲིན་ལས་འགྲོ་འདུལ་རྩལ་གྱིས་རྣམ་འགྱུར་ལོའི་ས་ག་ཟླ་བའི་ཡར་ཚེས་བཟང་པོར་ཤྲཱི་དེ་བཱི་ཀོ་ཊི་ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་གི་སྒྲུབ་གནས་འཆི་མེད་རྟག་བརྟན་དགའ་བའི་ཚལ་དུ་ལེགས་པར་སྦྱར་བ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། འཆི་མེད་འཕགས་མའི་སྙིང་ཐིག་ལས་རྩ་བའི་སྨིན་བྱེད་བཀླག་ཆོག་ཏུ་བཀོད་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་བདུད་རྩིའི་ཆུ་རྒྱུན། པདྨ་གར་དབང་ཕྲིན་ལས།

回向发愿文。 吉祥圆满无余，善妙成就！ 从修法水藏深不可测之处， 取出长寿圣母教言甘露瓶， 深奥伏藏源于祖师意愿力， 成为贤妙文字一切之精华。 成熟解脱恒河水流至有边， 永不衰败遍满一切方。 洗净罪恶积聚，以诸善功德力， 愿增上生与决定胜，命力永固！ 如是，由百部之主大伏藏师仁波切亲自以成熟解脱教法摄受，并赐予无上之加持，获得此殊胜机缘者， 具足三学之瑜伽士，莲花自在事业调伏力之化身，于具足转变之年萨嘎月上弦吉日，在吉祥天女山珍宝岩之修行处，长寿永固欢喜苑中善妙书写，愿善妙增长！ 从长寿圣母心髓中，将根本成熟仪轨编纂成可诵读之智慧甘露水流。 莲花自在事业。

From the unfathomable depths of the water treasury of practice methods, the nectar vase of the Immortal Holy Mother's instructions, a profound treasure born from the enlightened intention of the ancestors, is revealed as the essence of all auspicious and well-written things. May the Ganges river of ripening empowerment flow to the end of existence, forever flowing in the realm of the undiminished and complete. Having washed away the stains of misdeeds, through the qualities of all virtues, may higher realms and definite goodness, and the life force, be firmly established! Thus, from the great treasure revealer, the master of a hundred families, the precious Lama Rinpoche himself, having been taken care of by the ripening liberation instructions and bestowed with uncommon blessings, from obtaining this auspicious opportunity, the yogi who practices the three trainings, the emanation of Padma Garwang Trinley Drodul Tsal, on the auspicious waxing day of the Saga month of the transforming year, in the practice place of the Immortal Everlasting Joyful Garden of Shri Devi Koti Tsa Dra Rinchen Drak, it was well composed, may virtue and goodness increase!
