Therefore, here it is necessary to rely on the general explanation of the empowerment substances, Torma and Rakta, and the root text of the pill accomplishment to complete it. These, as an adjunct to the root empowerment, can be conferred at the completion of the fourth empowerment, using the actual words of empowerment, without the need for preliminary and subsequent parts. After everything is completed, conclude with the final activities such as subsequent permission. When performing the Tsog offering practice of this ritual, if one understands the general practice ritual of the Three Roots, peaceful and wrathful, one will be liberated from everything, and it will be sufficient to add the special features explained here.
