我等必于相顺之功德，于自相续生起。殊胜功德如前所说，共同者亦有病少，衰老迟缓，不生皱纹与白发，身轻且驻童颜，智慧无偏增长，自现受用自在，他现威慑降伏等无量利益，故具缘修持深密者，当精勤于此。此乃依于内手印莲花之精华，成办大乐之寿成就次第。萨玛雅。第三、秘密风心无别之命成就者：于四种良辰吉日之初一始，于寂静悦意处，于东方虚空远处可见之处，黎明之时，于舒适之座上，身正直跏趺坐，面向东方而坐。排浊气，心于无念中安住片刻。其后，明观无死金刚空行母之生起次第。 语念诵亦如是作后，自身空行母心间，无量不可思议之智慧光芒放射，周遍轮涅坚固动摇一切诸法。彼等之智慧与业之精华，无余融入虚空之精华中，化为蓝色光芒，充满虚空。由自身口门入，中脉之中充满青蓝色，精华融入心间中脉内，风心无别之自性，明观蓝色阿字（藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿），缓缓融入。思维成就无死本然之命。以口猛力吸气，结跏趺坐，缓吸宝瓶气。专注意识于眼，眼大睁注视虚空，内外虚空融为一体，于本来清净无为之状态中久住。无论生起任何分别念，皆不作观察分析思维，于离思离念之觉性空明中安住。如是交替进行风的修持与安住于本性之中，直至日出东方。后以回向发愿作结，行持日常行为，或入于其他善行之座。 如是次第，于初一至十五之渐盈日修持。稍生觉受时，处所

I will certainly develop all kinds of corresponding qualities in my own continuum. The supreme qualities are as described above, and the common ones also include having few illnesses, slow aging, not developing wrinkles and white hair, having a light body and maintaining a youthful appearance, wisdom increasing without bias, self-appearance being under control, and subduing the appearances of others with power, etc., resulting in limitless benefits. Therefore, those fortunate ones who practice the profound secrets should diligently engage in this alone. This is the sequence of accomplishing the great bliss life accomplishment based on the essence of the inner mudra lotus. Samaya. Third, the secret of accomplishing the life force of inseparable wind and mind: Starting from the first day of any of the four auspicious months, in a secluded and pleasant place, where the eastern sky can be seen far away, at dawn, sit on a comfortable seat with the body upright in the vajra posture, facing east. Expel impure air, and let the mind rest in a state of non-thought for a moment. Then, clearly visualize the generation stage of the immortal Vajra Dakini. After reciting the mantra as appropriate, from the heart of the Dakini within oneself, radiate immeasurable rays of wisdom light, pervading all phenomena of samsara and nirvana, both stable and moving. The essence of their wisdom and karmic elements, without exception, dissolves into the essence of space, transforming into blue light, filling the sky. It enters through one's own mouth, filling the central channel with blue light. The essence dissolves into the central channel of the heart, the nature of inseparable wind and mind, visualizing a clear blue A syllable (藏文：ཨ，梵文天城体：अ，梵文罗马拟音：a，汉语字面意思：阿), gently dissolving into it. Think of accomplishing the innate immortal life force. Inhale air forcefully through the mouth, and hold the vase breathing in the vajra posture. Focus the awareness on the eyes, gazing intently at the sky, merging the outer and inner skies into one taste, remaining in the state of primordial purity, free from effort, for a long time. Whatever thoughts arise, do not analyze or contemplate them, but rest in the state of awareness and emptiness, free from thought. Alternately practice this wind practice and resting in the natural state until sunrise. Afterwards, conclude with dedication and aspiration prayers, and engage in daily activities or enter into other virtuous practices. Without regard to time, simply meditate by taking the clear sky in front of you as the object of focus. Gradually abandon coarse foods. Eventually, be content with only consuming the essence of the sky as food, and through practice, it will not be long before the coarse transforms into subtle wind. The subtle wind merges with the mind. The defilements arising from the mind are purified by relying on the realm of primordial purity of awareness, and therefore, the immortal vajra body and the wisdom like the sky will manifest in this very life. This is the sequence of practicing the life force of secret, indivisible wind-mind wisdom. Samaya. Incidentally, if you wish to receive the longevity empowerment for yourself and to empower others, then offer a mandala. Great master, inseparable from the yogini, please consider. Please grant me the empowerment of the immortal life of the vajra dakini. Pray in this way and purify the continuum. Visualize the disciple as the deity and stabilize them by invoking the wisdom being. Inspire the samaya by invoking longevity. Then place the longevity sprig on the crown of the head. Visualize the torma as the deity descending upon the crown. Rays of light radiate from the heart center. The essence of samsara and nirvana gathers in the skull cup in the hand, greatly increasing and thickening. It enters from your own crown. Filling the inside of the body. All illnesses, evil spirits, and obscurations are purified. Purify the fear of untimely death. Obtain the accomplishment of longevity and wisdom. Contemplate that the essence merges into the life-sustaining seed syllable in the heart center, thereby accomplishing the vajra life. Om. The life of the unchanging, self-existing body, the essence of samsara and nirvana gathers into a bindu. By the empowerment of great splendor, may the vajra body be accomplished.
