Enemy demons, Nri Tri Thun Long Bhya! Heart blood, Tsa Dza Ra Bhya! May the assembly of deities reside in the sky, shout after the throwing of the effigy and offering! With a great rain of disease, weapons, and poison, think of destroying the enemy demons into dust! Perform the throwing ritual as usual. With this, avert great decay and fear, as well as curses, pegs, evil speech, and weapon conflicts! All activities such as pacification, etc., will be accomplished swiftly without hindrance! Samaya! All the happiness and suffering of existence arise from the actions of the mother goddess, therefore, increase worldly life and fortune with this. Together with the eternal queen of the space mother, from merging into the life syllable, attain the state of immortal vajra. Therefore, this profound longevity practice is never taught elsewhere. Place the heart essence yoga first, in the union of life and importance, nourish and increase with the essence of the heart essence, and the longevity pill Madana, arrange as a wealth of great enjoyment. Generate and recite without separation of self and front: Hūṃ! In the bindu of the heart essence, the essence of life is green Hūṃ (Tibetan: བྷྲཱུྃ, Sanskrit Devanagari: भ्रूं, Sanskrit Romanization: bhrūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: seed syllable). The rosary of life is the three channels, with a network of light and rainbow, adorned with the splendor of sun and moon, light filling the sky with expanse, from wisdom activity and the world, radiate clouds of the mother goddess. When gathered, seize the diminished life force, and the essence of samsara and nirvana, fill with the essence of nectar, the heart essence merges into the essence of life, becoming nourishment for the channels, youth blazes, the life force of the wind is stable, becoming the vajra life, the bindu is unchanging, indestructible. Think of it as the essence of the wisdom heart essence. Vajra Jñāna Bindhu Āyuṣe Svāhā!
