Again and again, increase and meditate, Then all feelings will appear as bliss, Hold the mind in bliss, holding it for a long time, Unwavering by any external circumstances, The appearance is unattached, open and vast, If you gain control over holding, spreading, and unfolding, First is the mudra of the mind, Then the real lotus, Having conch patterns, elephant's trunk, Doe and other five forms, Examine and analyze well, Especially, cherish closeness to practice, Keep the vows secret, having great attachment. This is born of the mother's lineage, Said to be the five consorts of eternity. Urge renunciation with the upright Dharma, Generate Bodhicitta with the Great Vehicle, Show the empowerment Vajra mantra lineage, Having irreversible faith, If the beginning of experience arises, Then the channels, winds, and bindus will be purified. Then in a solitary assembly hall, Being proud with the majesty of Heruka, The three recognitions are especially clear, Protecting with the three trainings, Strive for the means of arousing bliss, Stir slowly, fiercely, and gently, Increase co-emergence with the three unions, Again, perform the reversing and rotating wheel, When the meaning of the three equalities arises, Place a portion in the state of bliss.
