The left hand of the master holds the edge of the Dharma robe, and the right hand makes the gesture of fearlessness. May you believe that the master himself has transformed into the supreme incarnation and that you will be granted the prophecy of supreme enlightenment. Today I give you the prophecy: The perfectly enlightened king and his retinue will deliver sentient beings from the evil realms of samsara and bring great bliss. oṃ śrī heruka krodhīśvarī sattvaṃ, sarva tathāgata siddhi hūṃ. May you believe that the master Heruka, the hero, the dakinis, and all others will bestow their blessings with one voice. In this supreme great secret mandala, merely seeing or entering will liberate one from all sins. Secret, great secret, lord of great secret, secret of body, speech, and mind, the lord of secrets bestows empowerment. The intention of all Buddhas, bestowing bliss on all yogis, may you, the worthy one, receive it. Outer, inner, and secret, this is my secret instruction. The intention of all Buddhas, for the sake of loving all beings, all my actions, my great blessings, may you, the worthy one, receive it. Thus, through these, you have received the complete and profound empowerment of the "Worldly Mother Goddess Gangshar," which comes from the profound terma of the great incarnation Rasha Chinpo, etc. Connect with this and pledge your vows. As it is said: Thereafter, that supreme noble son offers horses, cattle, buffaloes, and various jewels, various grains and essences, ornaments and clothing enjoyments, heart and heart friends, prostrating to the holy guru, offering with a non-attached mind. As it is said, with a mind of offering vast gratitude, offer the pure land. Offer the mandala and the enjoyment of body and possessions. Then, if there is an umbrella, hold it over the student. Thus, in the great secret mandala, the stream of empowerment of the Great Bliss Mother Tantra is complete, becoming inseparable from glorious Heruka, with a white umbrella with a golden handle held above, adorned on all sides with victorious auspicious symbols and numerous offerings.

May you be pleased to bestow empowerment with songs of praise and a ceaseless rain of flowers. Recite the heart mantra of the deity, scatter grains for auspiciousness, and proclaim melodious music. In any case, enjoy the feast, and perform the remaining offering ritual and the stabilization ritual. Replenish the offerings and bless them. Offer praise and confession to the mandala. If it is a painted scroll, then stabilize the wisdom being. If it is a powder mandala, then gather it back into oneself. From the generation of oneself as the deity, through the stages of dissolution and arising, up to the dedication, aspiration, and auspicious wishes, complete it according to the ritual manual. The minds of children wander in the face of profound subjects. However, in order to make the activity of the Lama's command and this profound Dharma run like the sun and moon, I have strived, and I confess all faults to the Three Roots. In the vast mandala of the expanse of great bliss, having attained the glorious body of union of emptiness and wisdom, may the rays of your compassion, like a million suns, shine forth and dry up the ocean of cyclic existence.
