རྗེའི་ཚིག །བརྗོད་བྱ་གཏིང་ཟབ་དོན་རྣམས་འདུས། །ངོ་མཚར་ཁྱད་པར་ཆོས་མང་ལྡན། །ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཕུར་གཅིག་མཚན་དོན་མཚུངས། །ཐལ་འབྱིན་རྣམ་བཞི་འཁོར་འདས་སྲོག་ཏུ་ཐེབས། །སྲིད་པ་ཕུར་བུས་ཡེ་ཤེས་ཁྲོ་བོ་གྲུབ། །འཁོར་བའི་ཆུ་བཞི་བཙན་ཐབས་རྒྱུན་གཅོད་པའི། །འཇིགས་མེད་སྟོབས་བཅུའི་རྩལ་ཤུགས་མཆོག་ཐོབ་ཤོག །ཚུལ་འདིའི་གསང་བ་ཐུན་མོང་དང་ཐུན་མོང་མ་ཡིན་པ་མཐའ་དག་རྫོགས་པར་གཏེར་ཆེན་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ཆེད་དུ་བསྩལ་ཅིང་ ཡིག་ཆ་རྣམས་ཀྱང་སྤེལ་བར་འོས་པའི་བཀའ་ལུང་ཡང་ཡང་གནང་རུང་། དགོས་པ་གཞན་གྱིས་ཡུན་རིང་འགྱངས་པས་སླད་ནས་རིན་ཆེན་གཏེར་གྱི་མཛོད་དུ་བཞུགས་སུ་གསོལ་བའི་ཆེད་དུ། མདོར་བསྡུས་པའི་ཕྱག་ལེན་རྣམ་གསལ་པདྨ་གར་གྱི་དབང་ཕྱུག་བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས་པའི་སྡེས་རྫོང་ཤོད་བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་ཕོ་བྲང་དུ་གྲུབ་པར་བགྱིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། ཟབ་པ་སྐོར་བདུན་ལས་ཡང་གསང་ཐུགས་ཀྱི་ཕུར་གཅིག་གི་སྨིན་བྱེད་ཁྱེར་བདེ་རྣམ་གསལ་དུ་བཀོད་པ་རིག་མཆོག་གསང་བའི་བཅུད་འབེབ། བློ་གྲོས་མཐའ་ཡས།

上师之语。所诠深奥义理皆汇集，稀有殊胜具足众多法，心之橛唯一名称与义同。四种投掷轮回涅槃命根断，有顶橛成就智慧忿怒尊。轮回之四河以力强行断其流，愿获无畏十力之最胜能力。此理之共同与不共秘密，皆由大伏藏师亲自赐予， 文书等亦多次蒙受应予弘扬之教谕。因其他要事延宕时日过久，故为将来迎请安住于珍宝伏藏库中之目的。简略易行之仪轨，由莲花舞自在智慧无边者，于宗肖（地名）德谢杜贝佛殿（地名）中造讫，愿善妙增盛！ 于甚深七法中，将极密心之橛唯一的成熟仪轨，以易于携带之方式清晰编排，是为明智至上秘密之精华降临。智慧无边。

The words of the Master. The objects of expression are profound and all meanings are gathered. It possesses many wonderful and special qualities. The single peg of the heart, the name and meaning are the same. The four kinds of throwing cut off the life force of samsara and nirvana. The existence peg accomplishes the wisdom wrathful deity. The four rivers of samsara are forcibly cut off from their flow. May I obtain the supreme power of the ten fearless strengths. All the common and uncommon secrets of this method were personally bestowed by the great treasure revealer. Even the documents were repeatedly instructed to be propagated. Because other important matters were delayed for a long time, it is for the purpose of inviting and residing in the treasury of precious treasures in the future. This concise and easy-to-practice ritual was completed by Pema Gargyi Wangchuk Lodrö Thaye at the Dzongshö Deshek Dubpai Podrang (place name). May virtue and goodness increase! Among the seven profound teachings, the ripening practice of the supremely secret single peg of the heart is clearly arranged in an easy-to-carry manner, which is the essence of the supreme wisdom secret descending.
