This is the treatise called "Oral Transmission Vajrakila Essential Instructions: Diamond Mountain." Om Svasti! In the sphere of the blazing expanse of the E syllable, subdue self-grasping and oath-bound spirits without exception. In the mandala of Vajrakila, may auspiciousness be bestowed by the dance of flames. Furthermore, according to the root text of the essential instructions of Vajrakila, "The black kila of subjugation is erected with the life of the wheel. Below, the effigy of enemies, obstacles, and hindrances is drawn, absorbed, bound, and tormented." Although there are records of subjugating the effigy wheel of oath-bound spirits, etc., in connection with the rites of the black stupa, here, only a general practice is written. It has three parts: preparation, main part, and conclusion. First, on poison paper, in the center of the three-layered wheel, except for enemies, all evil spirits are drawn as human figures with bird beaks, in the heart. For enemies, write the syllable ནྲྀ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), and for others, write the syllable ཏྲི་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning), filling the space between the facing ཛ་ (Tibetan, Devanagari, Romanized Sanskrit, literal meaning) syllables, surrounded by ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོ། མོ་ཧ་གྷ་ཡ་ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཨོཾ་བཛྲ་ཨངྐུ་ཤ་ཛཿ ཆེ་གེ་མོ་ཧཱུྃ་ཛཿ. On the left, around the syllable ཚ་, starting from the direction of the knee, write ཏྲཾ་ཏྲི་ཤཾ་ཏྲི་ཛཿཁཾ་ཤ་བྷ་ཛཿཏྲི་ཐུཾ་ཛཿ, with the head of the syllables facing outwards. For subduing spirits, etc., on both the right and left thighs, starting from the knee, write ཆེ་གེ་གདུག་པ་ཅན་གྱི་བླ་སྲོག་ཤཀྟི་ཐུན་ཛཿ. On both, secretly write ཕཊཿ. On the soles of both feet, write ཡཾ་. In any case, in the second circle, on top of the six-spoked wheel's effigy, cover and write the six-syllable mantra, clockwise.
