མཐིང་ཁ།（藏文地名） 右手持金刚于胸前，左手持铃置于腰际，观想身具光彩。这是生起誓言萨埵。迎请智慧萨埵：之后，观想自身明观为大悲尊，从心间观想三字：མུཾ་（藏文，मुṃ，mum，哞），ཧྲཱིཿ（藏文，ह्रीः，hrīḥ，啥），ཧཱུྃ་（藏文，हुं，hūṃ，吽）。之后，光明照耀，从色究竟天迎请三族怙主。以ཛཿཧཱུྃ་བཾ་ཧོཿ融入于前方的誓言萨埵。供养供品及朵玛等。从这三者的心间降下智慧甘露之水流，观想前方丸药器皿充满，并念诵此咒：嗡 瓦吉夏瓦热 哞！嗡 嘛呢 贝美 吽！嗡 班匝 巴尼 吽！如此这般的咒语，要修持二十一日。其征相是：丸药冒出蒸汽，闻到妙香，出现彩虹，出现光芒，天神授记等等，有这些特别的征相。之后，在之前的修持上加上此咒：嗡 阿玉嘉纳 策 仲 友 仲 尼 哞 啥 吽！尽力念诵此咒。之后是后行：以班匝 穆遣返智慧尊，誓言尊融入丸药。将丸药全部装在具有特征的颅器中，修行者自己分四次，每次七颗服用。在服用时也要观想大悲尊。念诵六字真言。食用面糊和滋补品。如此行持六个月，就能获得金刚般的身体。行持六年，就能活到七千岁。如是等等的功德，不可思议，无法言说。将丸药如九颗芝麻大小，给予每个众生，就能活到百岁，并从三恶道中解脱。自己从此地去世后，将往生到西方极乐世界，在阿弥陀佛的足下，从莲花中化生。将光明草与芝麻油混合食用，就能力大无比，诸根堪能。将无忧花与黄色诃子混合食用，就能使脓和黄水干涸，并变得力大无比。将光明草与白芥子粉、石菖蒲、诃子和蜂蜜混合食用，就能获得力量和神通。

Mthing kha. Visualize a figure with the right hand holding a vajra at the heart and the left hand holding a bell resting on the hip, possessing radiant light. This is to generate the Samaya-sattva. Inviting the Wisdom-sattva: Then, visualize yourself clearly as Mahakarunika, and from the heart visualize the three syllables: Mūṃ (Tibetan, मुṃ, mum, meaning "moo"), Hrīḥ (Tibetan, ह्रीः, hrīḥ, meaning "hrih"), Hūṃ (Tibetan, हुं, hūṃ, meaning "Hum"). Then, as light radiates, invite the three family protectors from Akanishta. With Jaḥ Hūṃ Baṃ Hoḥ, dissolve them into the Samaya-sattva in front. Offer offerings and tormas as appropriate. From the hearts of these three, a stream of wisdom nectar descends, and visualize the vessel of pills in front being filled, and recite this mantra: Om Vāgīśvari Mūṃ! Om Mani Padme Hūṃ! Om Vajrapani Hūṃ! Such mantras should be practiced for twenty-one days. The signs of this are: steam rising from the pills, smelling a pleasant fragrance, rainbows appearing, light appearing, deities giving prophecies, and so on, there are these special signs. Then, add this mantra to the previous practice: Om Āyurjñāna Tse Bhrūṃ Yu Bhrūṃ Ni Mūṃ Hrīḥ Hūṃ! Recite this mantra as much as possible. Then, the subsequent actions are: With Vajra Mu, dismiss the wisdom beings, and dissolve the Samaya beings into the pills. Collect all the pills in a skull cup with characteristics, and the practitioner should take seven pills four times a day. While taking them, also visualize Mahakarunika. Recite the six-syllable mantra. Consume flour porridge and nutritious food. If you do this for six months, you will obtain a vajra-like body. If you do it for six years, you will live for seven thousand years. Such qualities and so on are inconceivable and cannot be expressed. If you give each sentient being pills the size of nine sesame seeds, they will live to be a hundred years old and be liberated from the three lower realms. After you die from here, you will be reborn in the western Sukhavati pure land, at the feet of Amitabha Buddha, and be born from a lotus. Mixing and eating light grass with sesame oil will make you strong and your senses capable. Mixing sorrowless flower with yellow haritaki and eating it will dry up pus and serous fluid and make you very strong. Mixing light grass with white mustard powder, calamus, haritaki, and honey and eating it will give you strength and magical powers.

This is the medicine, the quintessence extraction instruction of Tagtu Ngu (Tibetan: རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ། Always Weeping). It is an extremely rare instruction. Except for a suitable vessel, it should not be given to others. It was made by the noble Manjushri. ༈ The supreme essence of radiant and lustrous extraction resides herein. Homage to the Guru! Orgyen Padmasambhava is my command. This essence extraction of the radiant blue herb, may those with fortune enjoy it. It is a condition for yogi practice. Samaya! What is the radiant blue herb? It is also called Tagtu Ngu (Tibetan: རྟག་ཏུ་ངུ། Always Weeping), it is also called the supreme dew-possessing herb. Generally, there are some in all the places of the accomplished ones. Especially in the upper and lower reaches of Lhodrak Kharchu, Pagro, Bumthang, Tsari, and Mount Kailash. It is thin and thick, with a spicy taste, about the size of a flower. The flower is like a cloud. There is one herb whose dew does not dry up even when the dew of other herbs has dried up. Harvest its roots, leaves, and stems, and dry them in the shade when the crops are not being harvested. Grind it finely. For every part of the medicine, add one-third of honey (honey is best, but good brown sugar is also acceptable), chop it up. Add three portions of yellow musk (you can also add about three portions of the size of feces and fingers). Nourish it with these. Mix these and make balls the size of sheep dung, dry them in the shade, and then swallow three of them, or put them in boiling water and drink it, whichever is convenient. Cut up the tsampa, and estimate with wisdom, combining with digestive power, take three, six, nine, etc. If you eat like this for six months, you will obtain a vajra body. If you eat for six years, you will live for seven thousand years. It destroys diseases, evil spirits, and conceptual thoughts. Life is equal to the sun and moon. Wisdom is equal to Manjushri. Samadhi arises spontaneously. The speed of the feet is like a bird. Strength is equal to an elephant. This is more virtuous than eating all the herbs in the world. This supreme essence of radiant and lustrous extraction is the supreme support of Kho Thing Lhakhang. It is Amitabha, the lord of longevity. The right thumb is hidden within.
