Nectar warm zan: Mix with one-third of good flour, cook until done, and stir in fresh butter. Nectar milk soup: Made by cooking milk with butter added. Nectar continuous practice: This is also the sum of all of these. First, perform a tsok offering. Worship the lama and perform a tsok khor. Then, cleanse the body and stomach: Nectar the size of a goose egg. Aru. From one-fourth of nectar: half each of Baru and Kyuru. One thun each of the six excellences, sandalwood, and camphor. Amrita (अमृत, amṛta, Immortality), the five roots, and go-phye are mixed together. If wind is predominant, mix with old molasses. If blood and bile are predominant, mix with sugar. For those with cold, mix with chang, molasses, and the three heat medicines. If bile is predominant, mix with yogurt and administer in strings. This is the preparation of pills. Since it is a cleansing of intestinal diseases, may it be auspicious before all else. The fifth meaning is the outer, inner, and secret practices: The basis of the five nectars is made from the best intestines of feces. Taking the three heat medicines and the residue of old butter oil as the basis, choose pills that are auspicious for hot and cold diseases, and use them continuously for six months, as in the case of regular medicine. This is the outer practice. Seven births and nectar are always used together with slugs, frogs, and the nests of brown snails. Enjoying them mixed with the above is the inner practice. If you practice deity visualization and union with a mudra woman who has the signs, as in the inner practice, it is the secret practice. The sixth meaning is, what are the mixtures of different karma gatherings? Pacifying, increasing, magnetizing, wrathful, and the end of karma. The nectar pacifying karma mixture: From the same good intestines of nectar feces, add one, two, or three rice grains, white sandalwood, white mustard seeds, and the bark of the juniper tree. It pacifies eye diseases and poisons. Nectar, bear bile, and the three heat medicines are mixed together to relieve throat constriction and cough. Nectar and white and red bodhicitta, great fat, musk, and the six excellences are mixed together to pacify leprosy. Five kinds of nectar, one handful each, two srangs of feces, two srangs of butter, aru soaked in golden ba-chu water, mixed with meat and milk, dried in the shade, and the six excellences, white and red sandalwood, the three heat medicines, aru fruit, and hard fruit.
