Grant your blessings! Increase life and merit! Bestow nectar upon me at this time! Grant the immortal wisdom siddhi! Hūṃ Puṣpe Sara Ha Kara Reīśvare Hūṃ Phaṭ! Recite this 108 times and exhale three times. Then, the three gentle winds rise into the sky, touching the bottom of the guru's bowl in front, causing the bowl to warm and boil, and through the four corners of cooling light, nectar gushes forth. From the two stupas at the top, the nectar of the five wisdoms drips down, entering from the crown aperture of one's own head, filling the crown. Eliminate all diseases, evil spirits, and sins caused by ignorance. Obtain the life empowerment of the bodies of all Buddhas of the three times. Descend to the throat, eliminating all diseases, evil spirits, and sins caused by attachment. Obtain the empowerment of speech. Descend to the heart, eliminating all diseases, evil spirits, and sins caused by hatred. Obtain the empowerment of mind. Descend to the navel, eliminating all diseases, evil spirits, and sins caused by pride. Obtain the empowerment of qualities. Descend to the secret place, eliminating all diseases, evil spirits, and sins caused by jealousy. Obtain the empowerment of activity. The entire body, inside and out, is filled with the nectar of wisdom. For the skandhas, elements, and sense bases, all unfavorable factors that harm food, oil, the moon, and the year are purified, and the light of nectar fills the dwelling, region, and kingdom with nectar, abiding in the mind to the extent possible. Again, all phenomena and beings dissolve into light, merging into oneself. Oneself also dissolves into light, merging into the guru in the sky. The guru also dissolves into light, abiding in the unaltered state of reality, pure awareness beyond thought and free from concepts. This is the inner practice of the nectar stream. If practiced diligently at sunrise, one will attain the rank of a vidyadhara of life, temporarily overcoming diseases, evil spirits, and death. Maintain this state in all activities. Finally, make the following aspiration: Ho! Guru Protector and retinue, by the blessing of the great truth, may all beings, without exception, eliminate all obstacles in this life and the next, pacify all diseases of the four elements, be liberated from obstacles and wrong paths, may the unfavorable factors of the year and month naturally subside, and may body, speech, and mind attain happiness! After reciting this, drink half of the scented water.
