Gather back all the essence of the body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities of the Sugatas and Vidyadharas of the three times. Destroy all the negative habitual tendencies of grasping and clinging of all the great powerful ones dwelling in the three realms. Establish all in the state of great bliss. Gather all the energy and essence of power and skill into oneself. Especially radiate to the places of the six realms. Destroy all the suffering of all beings, together with its causes and results. Establish them in the state of perfect purity. Transform all the remaining lifespan of those beings into uncontaminated nectar, which then dissolves into one's own body. The collection of light and letters dissolves into the support of the vajra visualization. May the uncreated, clear awareness abide for a long time in the meaning of the great seal. These are to prolong life by relying on recitation and meditation. Then, the extensive reality of the indestructible life great seal of clear awareness is to be viewed in the life-extending instructions. At times, perform offerings and praises according to the ritual manual, and if desired, perform the life-attracting rituals, and also perform the empowerments of the yoga continuum. This is in the sequence of the yoga continuum, liberated from the meaning of the tantras, it becomes the instruction for actual practice. Entrust it to the fortunate and karmically endowed heart-son, and upon meeting, may the nine heart-sons ripen and be liberated! Thus it was said, it is the instruction to the pure twenty-five disciples, Tso Gyalwa.
