Place! Tishtha Vajra! Place the vajra flower on the head. Then, holding the glorious torma, this torma is the great liberation immeasurable palace, perfectly complete in all its aspects, arising from the self-appearance of wisdom, in the center of the four-petaled lotus. On the seat of the white lotus and the full moon, the essence of all Buddhas of the three times fully assembled, the King of Medicine Buddha Bhaisajyaguru, whose body color is like the clear, cloudless sky. His eyes, long like the উৎপল (Tibetan: উৎপལ་,Sanskrit Devanagari: उत्पल,Sanskrit Romanization: utpala, Chinese literal meaning: blue lotus), gaze in the ten directions at beings to be tamed. His tall hair is bound on the crown of his head, half loose and flowing back, the topknot adorned with a precious jewel, and the sun and moon discs on the right and left, protecting all beings from poverty and the diseases of heat and cold. His headdress of various jewels is adorned with the five families, with Akshobhya as the chief. His right hand is in the gesture of supreme generosity, holding an arura with petals, and his left hand is in meditative equipoise, holding a bowl filled with the nectar of medicine. He wears a white and red upper garment and a lower skirt. He is adorned with various precious ornaments. He sits in the vajra posture. His body is adorned with marks and signs. His speech possesses the sixty qualities, and his mind is absorbed in hundreds of samadhis. He is surrounded by lamas who are masters of the medical tradition. On the lotus petal in front, the white medicine goddess plays a precious lute with both hands. On the right, the yellow goddess plays a vulture-leg flute with both hands. Behind, the red goddess blows a human-leg flute with both hands. On the left, the green goddess holds a silver mirror with both hands. All four are sixteen years old, with their hair flowing loosely. Adorned with flowers, silk, and various precious ornaments, they sit in a half-lotus posture, bowing to the Bhagavan. Surrounding them are the medicine protectors Shanglon Chenpo, as well as sages, gods, nagas, planets, stars, kings, tsen spirits, demons, and the hosts of ging, filling it like a sesame pod, facing the main figure with palms joined. At the three places of the central five deities, with Oṃ (Tibetan: ཨོཾ,Sanskrit Devanagari: ॐ,Sanskrit Romanization: oṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Oṃ), Āḥ (Tibetan: ཨཱཿ,Sanskrit Devanagari: आः,Sanskrit Romanization: āḥ, Chinese literal meaning: Āḥ), Hūṃ (Tibetan: ཧཱུྃ,Sanskrit Devanagari: हुं,Sanskrit Romanization: hūṃ, Chinese literal meaning: Hūṃ)
