障碍消除吉祥圆满！ 诸欲皆生如意成， 世间安乐丰收至， 佛陀教法兴盛广， 一切 智智证得吉祥圆满！ 唉玛，甚深秘密无与伦比！ 众生怙主金刚持， 在具长发之圣地， 三世善逝作开示， 调伏难驯邪恶者， 此乃威力之集中赞颂！ 如同烈焰燃烧之须弥山， 亲见秘密主圆满四灌顶！ 慰藉摄政圣者之心后， 将手中金刚交付于我， 我与彼者无二无别！ 誓愿调伏诸有情， 从尼泊尔、西藏边境次第， 将所有神鬼置于誓言下， 委任圣者护法为守护， 与洛希达河畔之王相见， 此本尊之加持力， 赐予金刚法王为护法， 法王善思如是成办！ 此甚深秘密心髓修法， 较如意宝珠更难得， 是诸功德之生源！ 修此法者具威力，若无殊胜共同成就，我则欺诳， 何人修持必现修成之征兆， 何处安住则增盛安乐， 莲师唯为利益有情， 领主您我交付此心髓！ 未来五浊恶世之末， 此如意宝珠之修法， 我之化身月光童子彼， 出生终结地鸡日之名， 与具缘彼者相遇后， 发愿成办一切众生之利益！ 法王善思如是圆满！ 萨玛雅（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！ 嘉嘉嘉（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）！ 法主措嘉莲花明， 具祥狮吼妙音五玉音， 彼时以愿力聚合， 为彼具缘殊胜者们， 消除障碍而降四灌顶， 莲师之加持从法界降临， 修行圆满成就殊胜共同， 在拉萨、桑耶、昌珠寺， 若建立此法之大法会， 则宣布修持此本尊之戒律， 布施酬谢，与神鬼立誓， 守护往昔誓言者们， 忆念誓言，瞻洲显现安乐， 无碍游动之新出现者们， 如同严厉首领之详细审查， 无誓言者不可能随意游荡， 一切皆听命守护教法， 不会损害一切有情， 为救护五浊恶世之有情， 莲师如意安放甚深之法与补特伽罗之子。

May all desires arise and intentions be fulfilled, May the world be peaceful and harvests be bountiful, And may the Buddha's teachings flourish and spread! May auspiciousness prevail in attaining omniscience! Emaho, the utterly secret and unsurpassed! Vajradhara, the protector of beings, In the supreme sacred place of the one with matted locks, The Sugatas of the three times proclaimed, To tame the unruly and misguided, This is praised as the concentration of power and strength! As Mount Meru blazes with fire, Directly meet the Lord of Secrets and complete the four empowerments! After comforting the noble regent, He entrusted the vajra in his hand to me, I am no different from that one! Vowing to tame beings, From the border of Nepal and Tibet, step by step, Placed all the gods and demons under oath, Appointed the holy Dharma protectors as guardians, Met the king by the Lohita River, By the power of the blessings of this yidam, Bestowed Vajra Dharma King as a protector, Dharma King Samantabhadra accomplishes this! This profound and secret heart practice, Is rarer than a wish-fulfilling jewel, It is the source of all qualities! If someone who practices this does not have power, ability, and glory, and supreme and common attainments, then I have deceived you, Whoever practices will have signs of accomplishment, Wherever they reside, happiness and well-being will increase, Padmasambhava has no other purpose than to benefit beings, Lord, I entrust this heart essence to you! At the end of the degenerate age in the future, This wish-fulfilling jewel of a practice, That emanation of mine, the Youthful Moonlight, The end of his birth is named Earth-Bird-Sun, After meeting that fortunate one, I pray to accomplish the benefit of all beings! Dharma Lord Tso Gyal Pema Sal, Glorious Lion's Roar, Supreme Sound, Five Turquoise Sounds, At that time, they gather by the power of aspiration, For those fortunate and sublime beings, To clear away obstacles, the four empowerments are bestowed, Padma's blessings descend from the expanse, Practice is completed, supreme and common attainments are accomplished, In Lhasa, Samye, and Tradruk, If a great practice of this is established, Then announce the precepts of practicing this yidam, Make offerings and rewards, and make vows with gods and demons, Those who uphold the vows of the past, Remembering the vows, Jambudvipa appears happy and peaceful, Those newly arising who move without obstruction, Like the detailed examination of a strict leader, Those without vows cannot wander freely, All listen to orders and protect the teachings, They will not harm all sentient beings, In order to protect beings in the degenerate age, Padma intentionally placed the profound Dharma and the son of the individual.
