禀告之后，国王说道：‘年轻人，你是什么人？’回答说：‘我是龙王，名叫内雷托嘎。’国王说：‘哦，你是内雷托嘎吗？请赐予我木头的成就。’说完，内雷托嘎说：‘国王请到王宫来，我将献上木头的成就。’说完就进入了海中。之后，国王回到王宫，过了三天黎明时，从红岩欧姆布的树林里下起了大暴雨，由于巨大的土崩，从桑耶寺的角落里，大大小小的树木像山崩一样滑落下来，看来桑耶寺的所有木材都是从那里来的。之后，桑耶寺建成之后，国王心中想到：‘我的寺庙建成是龙的恩德，应该为他建造一座雕像。’心中生起这样的念头，于是摆设了白三甜三的供品，来到海边呼唤龙，像以前一样，那位青春年少的年轻人来了，问国王想要什么，国王说道：‘我的寺庙建成是你的恩德，我要为你建造一座雕像，请你告诉我你的宫殿在海中是什么样子的。’年轻人说道：‘如果我展示我宫殿里身体的构造，我身上有见到的毒、触摸的毒、口气的毒、思想行为的毒这四种，如果触及国王的性命，就会有障碍。’所以国王说建造一个像我一样的，国王恳切地请求，年轻人说道：‘那么请回到王宫，三天后我会来，会有天空中发出轰鸣的声音，身上涂抹药物，眼睛用眼罩遮住观看。’说完就进入了海中。之后回到王宫，过了三天黎明，发出轰隆隆的声音，国王没有在身上涂抹药物，也没有用眼罩遮住眼睛观看，看到桑耶寺的上空有一条可怕的黑蛇，身体发出彩虹般的光芒，口中呼出气体，桑耶寺的各个方向都笼罩在雾气中，国王的身体变成了麻风病。

After reporting, the king said, 'Young man, who are you?' He replied, 'I am the dragon king, named Nele Toga.' The king said, 'Oh, you are Nele Toga? Please grant me the accomplishment of wood.' After saying this, Nele Toga said, 'King, please come to the palace, I will offer the accomplishment of wood.' After saying this, he entered the sea. After that, the king returned to the palace, and three days later, at dawn, a great rainstorm came from the red rock Ombu grove, and due to a huge landslide, large and small trees slid down from the corner of Samye Monastery like a mountain collapse. It seems that all the wood for Samye Monastery came from there. After Samye Monastery was built, the king thought in his heart, 'The completion of my temple is due to the kindness of the dragon, and I should build a statue for him.' With this thought in mind, he arranged offerings of the three whites and three sweets, went to the seaside and summoned the dragon. As before, that youthful young man came and asked the king what he wanted. The king said, 'The completion of my temple is due to your kindness, and I will build a statue for you. Please show me what your palace is like in the sea.' The young man said, 'If I show the structure of my body in my palace, I have four kinds of poison: the poison of sight, the poison of touch, the poison of breath, and the poison of thought and action. If it touches the king's life, there will be obstacles.' So the king said to build one like me, and the king earnestly requested. The young man said, 'Then please return to the palace, I will come in three days. There will be a roaring sound in the sky, apply medicine to your body, and watch with your eyes covered with a blindfold.' After saying this, he entered the sea. After returning to the palace, three days later, at dawn, there was a rumbling sound. The king did not apply medicine to his body, nor did he cover his eyes with a blindfold, and saw a terrifying black snake above Samye Monastery, with rainbow-like light radiating from its body, and vapor coming from its mouth, so that all directions of Samye Monastery were shrouded in mist, and the king's body became leprous.
