And one with fiery wings. Flames blaze from the mouth with horns of wrathful water, whirlwinds blow from the nostrils, boiling blood flows from the eyes, seizing and devouring the five kinds of snakes. Proclaiming the sound "Chang, Chang, Ting, Ting, King, King," filling the three thousand worlds. Of the six hands, the three right hands hold aloft a nine-pointed golden vajra, a flaming sword, and a golden wheel. The three left hands raise a flaming threatening mudra to the heart, and hold a bell and a snake lasso. Adorned with five kinds of snakes, cowhide, human skin, and a tiger loincloth. Flames blaze from the vajra wings and the pores of the hair. The body is large, the limbs are thick, and it is terrifying. Proclaiming the vajra laughter "Ha, Ha, Hi, Hi," shaking Mount Meru, and the guttural sound of "Hum, Hum" strikes, causing all the nagas and the eight classes of gods and demons to faint and fall. In the midst of the red-black flames of the eon, dwells the wisdom being, entirely dark blue, wrathful and fierce, blazing with light. In his heart, upon the sun disc, is a dark blue (Tibetan) HUM. Around it is encircled by the root mantra. From the (Tibetan) HUM, rays of light shoot forth like meteors. From the northern land of Shambhala, invite the wisdom being identical to oneself, along with the retinue and emanations, filling the entire expanse of the sky, and contemplate them dissolving into non-duality. If desired, recite the invocation. After the root mantra, add (Tibetan) བཛྲ་ཨཱ་བེ་ཤ་ཡ་ཨ་ཨཱ། (Sanskrit Devanagari: वज्र आवेशय अह आ, Sanskrit Romanization: vajra āveśaya aha ā, Literal Chinese meaning: Vajra, enter, ah, ah), and with the accompaniment of incense and music, invoke the wisdom being to descend. May the wisdom being remain steadfast in the three doors until enlightenment is attained! Tiṣṭha Vajra. Visualize the vase as the palace of wisdom's self-appearance, in which dwells the mandala of the secret lord Vajrakilaya, from whose body descends a stream of nectar, washing away the impurities of the five aggregates, twelve sources, and eighteen elements, and contemplate the body possessing the splendor inseparable from the secret lord. Place the vase on the crown of the head and recite: HUM! The vase is a sublime palace, the mandala of the secret lord Vajrakilaya dwells within. Through the vase empowerment, the body empowerment is conferred, you will become a vajra-holder, the divine power will be perfected in your body! Om Vajrapani Kaya Abhisinca Om! Pour the vase water over the crown of the head and bathe. Tie a silk crest on the crown of the head. You will become the secret lord Vajradhara, enjoying equal status with the gods. Therefore, this is called the Vajra Force of Action, do not forget it, remember it, and you will obtain the name of the Buddha who is famous in all Buddha-fields. Place the bandha in the self-born palace, and place the stream of Bodhicitta that joyfully unites with the assembly of deities on the tongue, so that the chakras ripen into great bliss. Wash away the stains of the changing seasons. Believe that the power of speech, the secret lord, is inseparable from your own, and that it blazes forth. Place the bandha at the throat. Hūṃ! From the mandala of the Dharmadhatu, mix the sacred substance, the secret nectar, the secret speech obtains the empowerment of power, the chakras obtain the supreme nature of bliss, may the speech obtain the empowerment of power! At the end of the root mantra, recite: Vāka Abhiṣiñca Āḥ. In this way, pour the nectar into the speech. With the skillful means of the vajra and bell, the union of the syllable Hūṃ represents the nature of the five wisdoms, realize the essence of the five wisdoms of self-awareness, clarity, and emptiness. Cut off the eighty-four thousand kinds of conceptual thoughts. Believe that the wisdom and realization of the mind, the secret lord, are inseparable from your own, and that the power is complete. Write Hūṃ in the heart. Place the vajra and bell in your hands. Hūṃ! The supreme mind manifests as the unchanging Hūṃ, the unborn, fearless great vajra, the bell proclaims the great sound of wisdom, may you obtain the empowerment of the secret mind! At the end of the root mantra, recite: Citta Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. In this way, place the vajra and bell crossed at the heart. By consecrating with the vajra mudras, believe that the activity of taming beings is inexhaustible, and that you become the lord of the wheel of adornment. Hand over the sword and the flames. Hūṃ! The burning sword cuts off everything, the wrathful finger flames burn all obstacles, may the fortunate son obtain the great power to tame beings! Karma Krodha Abhiṣiñca Mām. Hand over the wheel and the snake lasso. Hūṃ! The burning wheel destroys the armies of demons, the snake lasso tames the eight classes of nagas, may you obtain the empowerment of complete activity! Hūṃ Vajra Sarva Duṣṭāṃ Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ. In the vast palace of the wisdom of the Dharmadhatu, visualize the torma as the secret lord Vajrakilaya, surrounded by the mandala assembly, and from its body, speech, and mind, a stream of blessings and light descends.
