Recite "Nīlaṃbharadhara hūṃ phaṭ." Finally, gather the clear light with hūṃ hūṃ hūṃ. Then, to accomplish the wrathful one: The essence of my awareness is a dark blue-black Hūṃ. By uttering Hūṃ, in the center of the palace, a blue ten-spoked wheel appears. In its center are four spokes of the colors of the directions. In its center, upon the intertwined five families of Nāga kings and queens, above the suppressed obstacles and Dam sri (bound face down), upon the seat of the sun, moon, and lotus, the letter Hūṃ descends and emits light. Offerings are made to the Buddhas, the karmic obscurations of sentient beings are purified, and the power and strength of a hundred thousand Nāgas, a thousand Gnyan, and a hundred earth lords are subdued. Again, the blessings of the Buddhas are gathered and dissolve into Hūṃ. From this complete transformation, I myself am the wrathful king, the lord of secrets, with three faces and nine eyes, the main face being dark blue-black. The right face is white, the left is red. The nine eyes glare with anger, and the teeth are gnashed. The beard blazes like fire, and the reddish-yellow hair stands on end, from within which a green horse-face shines. Above the horse-head is the white Garuḍa of the body, with iron beak and claws and fiery wings. Fire blazes from the horns and mouth of the wrathful waters. Wind swirls from the nostrils, and blood boils from the eyes. It seizes and devours the five kinds of serpents. It proclaims the sound "kraṅ kraṅ kriṅ kriṅ kiṅ kiṅ," filling the three thousand worlds. Of the six hands, the three right hands hold aloft a golden nine-pronged vajra, a flaming sword, and a golden wheel. The three left hands hold a flaming threatening mudra raised at the heart, a bell, and a serpent lasso. Adorned with the five kinds of serpents, a bull hide, a human skin, and a tiger loincloth. Fire blazes from the vajra wings and the pores of the hair. The body is large, the limbs are thick, and it is terrifying. The vajra laughter of "ha ha hi hi" is proclaimed, causing Mount Meru to shake, and the guttural sound of hūṃ hūṃ strikes, causing all the Nāgas and the eight classes of obstacle-makers to faint and swoon. It dwells in the midst of the red-black flames of the eon's end. From my heart, four Kroṃ emanate and reside upon the four inner spokes. In the east is the white Garuḍa of the heart, with a conch-shell beak and claws, flapping fiery wings, devouring the white king of the serpent race, and adorned with a vajra on its crown. In the south is the yellow Garuḍa of qualities, with a golden beak and claws, flapping fiery wings, devouring the red-and-white Brahmin serpent, and adorned with jewels on its head.

Completed. To the west is the red Garuda of speech, with coral beak and claws, flapping fiery wings, devouring the yellow serpent king race, adorned with a lotus on its crown. To the north is the green Garuda of activity, with jade beak and claws, flapping fiery wings, devouring the blue serpent commoner race, adorned with a crossed vajra on its crown. Again, from one's own heart emanate ten HŪṂs (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽), dwelling on the ten spokes. Having been completely transformed, on the first spoke of the east: the great wrathful one, white HŪṂKĀRA (藏文：ཧཱུྃ་ཀཱ་ར，梵文天城体：हुंकार，梵文罗马拟音：huṃkāra，汉语字面意思：吽迦罗), drawing a bow and arrow. On the second spoke of the east: the victorious one, bluish-gray, holding a vajra and a hook. In the southeast: the blue staff-bearer, blue, holding a staff in the right hand and a noose in the left. In the south: Yama, the slayer, yellowish-black, holding a club and making a threatening gesture. In the southwest: the immovable protector, dark blue, holding a satva-mo and a serpent noose. In the west: Hayagrīva, the powerful one, red, brandishing a sword and binding with iron fetters. In the northwest: the king of desire, bluish-gray, holding a vajra and a bhāṇḍa. In the north: Amṛtakundalin, green, holding a crossed vajra and a bell. In the northeast: the victorious one of the three realms, blue, holding a khaṭvāṅga and an entrail noose. On the second spoke of the northeast: the great powerful one, greenish-black, holding a satva-re in the right hand and a skull staff in the left. All are complete with wings, fields, yak tails, tiger skin skirts, and other wrathful attire. On the four doors are four rocks. In the east: the horse-faced gatekeeper, white, with an iron hook. In the south: the pig-faced mother, black, raising a noose. In the west: the lion-faced mother, black, holding iron fetters. In the north: the wolf-faced mother, green, ringing a bell. The garlands of flowers in the intermediate directions are filled with countless emanated small wrathful ones. In the heart of the main deity is the complete wisdom being, dark blue, wrathful and fierce, blazing with light, and in the heart, on the sun disc, is a dark blue HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽). Its perimeter is surrounded by the root mantra. From the HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽) rays of light shoot out like shooting stars, and in an instant, from the place of the northern fragrant tree, they are invited. HŪṂ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽)! From the nature of the unoriginated dharmakāya, merely an illusory form of saṃsāra, holder of the secrets of all Buddhas of the three times, please come, Lord, master of power and strength! In the expanse of wisdom aeons blazing like fire, the supreme chief of blazing, the assembly of wrathful kings.
