From the unborn wisdom, one arises as the unimpeded display of mudra. Great Glorious Authentic Heruka, I take refuge by knowing my own face. Hum! For beings who have not realized the suchness of the sphere, with the mind of great compassion, through the profound yoga of the two stages, I generate the supreme mind to liberate the three realms. Hum Hum! The adventitious, seemingly deluded obstacles, are elevated into the innate space of self-liberation. Authentic accomplishment is suchness itself, the clouds of compassion of all Buddhas, the nature of wisdom inseparable from the three kayas, by remembering the essence, one perfects the deity form. Om Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum! The pure realm of the five mothers of vessel and content, the immeasurable palace of great liberation, perfects the characteristics of playing in the charnel ground. In the center of that, on the lotus sun and moon, above the arrogant great gods and goddesses, the uncreated root deity of self-nature, Vajra Blood-Drinker, the blue of space, three faces, six arms, four legs extended, right white, left red, center blue face, the three right hands hold, vajra, khatvanga, small drum, the three left hold bell, skull cup, lasso. With the realm connected by the senses, whatever appears, the clouds of desirable qualities of enjoyment, medicine, blood, torma, and inconceivable gatherings, are offered as ornaments of bliss and emptiness. Sarva Puja Samaya Ho! (藏文：སརྦ་པཱུ་ཛ་ས་མ་ཡ་ཧོ，梵文天城体：，梵文罗马拟音：sarva pūja samaya ho，汉语字面意思：All offerings, commitment, Ho!) Hum! From the unborn Dharmadhatu, awareness, wisdom, and complete enjoyment, showing the emanation body to tame beings, I prostrate and praise Heruka. Ah! In the heart, in the box of the sun and moon, Samantabhadra Vajrasattva, blue, father and mother in union, from the heart essence, Rulu, the eight syllables, radiate and gather. Radiating outwards, the container and contents, appearances, sounds, and thoughts, awaken as the wheel of deity, mantra, and wisdom. Gathering inwards, the glorious great blood-drinker, and the intention, inseparable, are perfected as one. Om Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum!
