་དུ་གཤེགས༔ ཕཊ྄༔ དམིགས་ཡུལ་གྱི་རྣམ་ཤེས་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་ཐུགས་ཀར་ཐིམ་པར་གྱུར། ཨ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་ལ་མཉམ་པར་བཞག །རྡོར་སེམས་ཀྱི་ཐུགས་ཀ་ནས་ཡེ་ཤེས་འོད་ཟེར་མེའི་རྣམ་པ་འཕྲོས་ཏེ་བག་ཆགས་ཀྱི་རྟེན་སྦྱང་བར་གྱུར། ཧཱུྃ། ཡེ་ཤེས་ལྔ་ཡི་མེ་སྦར་བས༔ ཚེ་འདས་དུག་ལྔའི་ཕུང་པོ་དང༔ སྡིག་ སྒྲིབ་ཉོན་མོངས་བུད་ཤིང་བསྲེགས༔ དབྱིངས་ཡེ་ཟུང་འཇུག་སངས་རྒྱས་ཤོག༔ ཡིག་བརྒྱའི་ཤམ་དུ་སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ༔ ཞེས་བཏགས་པ་བཟླ་ཞིང་ལྟ་བའི་ངང་བསྐྱངས་ལ་བྱང་བུ་བསྲེག །ཐལ་བས་སཱཙྪ་གདབ། སྨོན་ལམ་ཇི་ལྟར་འོས་པ་བརྗོད། དེ་ནས་ཚོགས་ཡོད་ན་ཚོགས་ལ་འཇུག་ཅིང་། མེད་ན་མཆོད་བསྟོད་སོགས་རྗེས་ཆོག་བྱས་པས་འགྲུབ་བོ། །ནོངས་པ་བཤགས་ཤིང་རྣམ་དཀར་མཐུས། །མཁའ་མཐས་གཏུགས་པའི་སྐྱེ་རྒུ་རྣམས། །དཔལ་ལྡན་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་དང། །དབྱེར་མེད་མངོན་པར་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་པ་འདིའང་ཉེ་བར་གནས་པ་ཀརྨ་ནོར་འཕེལ་སོགས་དོན་གཉེར་ཅན་གྱི་ངོར་དང་། རང་གཞན་ལ་ཉེར་མཁོ་འཇུག་བདེའི་ཆེད་དུ་འཆི་མེད་བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པ་རྩལ་གྱིས་དཔལ་སྤུངས་དབེན་ཁྲོད་དུ་བགྱིས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། གསང་ཐིག་སྐོར་གསུམ་ལས་རྡོར་སེམས་ཕྱག་རྒྱ་གཅིག་པའི་ཕྲིན་ལས་གནས་ལུང་དང་བཅས་པ་ཡེ་ཤེས་བཅུད་ཐིག །བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པ།

之中逝去。ཕཊ྄༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）目标之有识融入金刚萨埵之心间。念诵ཨ་字，安住于等持。从金刚萨埵之心间，放射出智慧光芒火焰之相，清净习气之所依。ཧཱུྃ།（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思）以五智之火点燃，焚烧亡者五毒之蕴，罪障烦恼如薪柴般焚烧，愿于法界原始双运中成佛！于百字明之后附加སརྦ་པཱ་པཾ་བི་ཤུདྡྷེ་ཛྭ་ལ་རཾ༔（藏文，梵文天城体，梵文罗马拟音，汉语字面意思），念诵并于观想中守护，焚烧替身偶人。以灰烬制作擦擦。念诵如理之祈愿。之后，若有会供则加入会供，若无则作供赞等后续仪轨，即可成就。忏悔过失，以善业之力，愿遍及虚空之众生，与具德金刚萨埵，无别显现证悟！此乃近侍噶玛诺尔培等具缘者之请求，为自他之所需易于修持，由不死教二永仲林巴于巴邦寂静处所造，善妙增盛！ 三密窍诀中，金刚萨埵单印之事业，含处所授记之智慧精华。教二永仲林巴。
English
Therein departed. PHAṬ! The consciousness of the object of focus dissolves into the heart of Vajrasattva. Recite the syllable AH and remain in equipoise. From the heart of Vajrasattva, rays of wisdom light in the form of fire emanate, purifying the basis of habitual tendencies. HŪṂ! By kindling the fire of the five wisdoms, may the aggregates of the deceased's five poisons be burned, may sins, obscurations, and afflictions be burned like firewood, may enlightenment be attained in the primordial union of the dharmadhatu! At the end of the hundred-syllable mantra, add SARVA PĀPAṂ BIŚUDDHE JVALAṂ, recite it, maintain the state of contemplation, and burn the effigy. Make tsa-tsas from the ashes. Recite prayers as appropriate. Then, if there is a tsok offering, join the tsok; if not, perform the subsequent rituals such as offering and praise, and it will be accomplished. Confess misdeeds, and through the power of white virtue, may all beings pervading the sky attain perfect enlightenment, inseparable from the glorious Vajrasattva! This was done at the request of Karma Norpel and other fortunate ones, and for the benefit and easy practice of oneself and others, by Immortal Tennyi Yungdrung Lingpa at Palpung Hermitage. May virtue and auspiciousness increase! From the Three Secret Quintessences, the activity of Vajrasattva's Single Mudra, including the prophecy of the place, is the Essence of Wisdom.
