Excellent! Samaya, profound! Thus, the essential instructions for the three methods of accomplishment have been explained in the main text. If you wish to expand slightly, then these special supplementary instructions should be added. That is, during the outer practice, the visualization for purifying sins is accomplished as in the main text. When healing illness, the nectar descending from the lineage of compassion of all the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, from the assembly of Vajrasattva, feels cool to the touch for hot diseases, hot for cold diseases, and has the oily essence of butter for wind diseases, emitting a fragrant scent. Also, camphor, cardamom, nutmeg, saffron, Zhongxi, etc., each has the characteristic of treating various diseases. The diseases also appear as red-yellow blood, pus, and serum for hot diseases, blue-gray phlegm and mucus for cold diseases, and blue-black smoke for wind diseases. The disease exits from the appropriate place of the disease, senses, pores, etc. The nine lower levels, wind disease dissolves into the depths of the golden earth, hot disease dissolves into the depths of the water wheel, and cold disease dissolves into the depths of the fire wheel. Thinking that the disease will never recur, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra many times. Repeat the visualization as before, doubling it. During exorcism, the essence of the nectar on the crown of the head, its appearance is like boiling angry water, with burning flames, and the drops of angry water are in the form of wrathful deities, each being an antidote. For male demons, it is Yama, the Lord of Death; for female demons, it is Vajra Heruka; for planets, it is Vajrapani; for kings, it is Hayagriva or Guru Dragpo; for nagas, it is Garuda; for curses, it is Ushnishachakravartin or White Umbrella Goddess; for fierce ghosts, they appear as red Trok衮, etc. Like sparks flying, the obstacles are driven away, causing them to return to their original form. The pores and sensory doors of the self, generally and especially the two lower doors, exit from between the flesh and nails of the feet. The wrathful deities and the powerful force of the wisdom wind drive them beyond the three thousand worlds. There, the corpse is also purified by the fire, wind, and water of wisdom, and the mind is visualized as dissolving into great bliss and abiding. That is, within the body, if the form of the demon is the size of a louse, then the wrathful deity is the size of a white mustard seed; if it is the size of a flea, then the wrathful deity is the size of a pea, and so on. After exiting the body, the form of the demon is also seven times the size of the antidote wrathful deity.

One should meditate on being slightly larger. Having dispelled the evil spirits in this way, the body is filled with the boiling wrathful water of nectar nature, like a vase filled with water. Particles of it radiate outwards from the pores, and one should contemplate that in the place to be protected, the wrathful small vajra tent of fire protects the inside of the circle, and in the center of the nectar wrathful water swirling into an ocean, one resides, and one should strive to recite the hundred-syllable mantra. This is a sacred instruction that completely pacifies upper evil spirits, Naga diseases, curses, evil words, subjugation, and so on. If the recitation is solely for the purpose of pacifying illness and evil spirits, then after reciting half of each session, slowly focus on the visualization. For the latter half of each session, dissolve the Vajrasattva at the crown of the head into oneself, and one's own body instantly becomes Vajrasattva. Clearly visualize the mantra wheel in one's heart. From it, rays of light radiate offering clouds, making offerings to all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, and the Three Roots. Inviting them back, from the hearts of the life deities and other holy beings, nectar that benefits various illnesses and evil spirits arises as before, enters from the crown of one's head, and dissolves into the mantra wheel in the heart and the body that was already filled with nectar. Like pouring into a container, contemplate that the qualities, abilities, and power of those nectars increase more and more, and diligently recite the hundred-syllable mantra. At the end of each session, perform the clear light entering and rising of the common completion stage described below, and dedicate the merit, etc. Thus, during the outer practice, special instructions that are particularly useful for the visualization sequence of eliminating illness and evil spirits have been clearly explained in a supplementary manner. Entrust this Dharma to the oath-bound Ma Gza Damchen (Tibetan: མ་གཟའ་, literally: non-star, referring to Rahu), may he be a helper to those who practice it. Samaya, profound seal. From then on, if you want to practice with the main deity and retinue during the inner practice, after the meditation and recitation of the outer practice, visualize Vajrasattva along with the throne, the elephant legs of the throne, etc., becoming small in size, descending from the crown of your head to the brahma-randhra below. There, the elephant legs of the throne dissolve into the lotus seat. The thousand petals of the lotus become eight petals. In the center of the pistil and stamens is a seat of the union of the sun and moon. The eastern and southeastern petals are vajras, the southern and southwestern are jewels, the western and northwestern are lotuses, and the northern and northeastern are swords. Each of those hand implements has a moon seat lying horizontally on top of it. In the center is the collection of all lineages, Vajrasattva himself, and the outer layer is eight petals
