From the foreheads of the mandala deities, emanate small wrathful forms identical to oneself, with complete limbs; from the throats, emanate garlands of mantras; from the hearts, emanate immeasurable wisdom implements, blazing with light and rays, filling the sky, dissolving into your own three places, thereby completely obtaining the empowerment and blessings of body, speech, mind, qualities, and activities. May you have power over the yoga of deity, mantra, and samadhi, and aspire to obtain the power to accomplish all kinds of activities! The body on the crown of the head, the mantra garland at the throat, the implements placed in the hands, Hūṃ! The body is appearance without grasping or grasper, the speech is the indestructible vajra sound, the mind is the state of non-conceptual wisdom, fulfilling all desires for qualities, accomplishing all activities without obstruction, may you completely obtain the great empowerment of all gathered together! Oṃ Āḥ Hūṃ Vajra Ratna Padma Karma Sarva Siddhi Abhiṣiñca Hūṃ! (藏文：ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ་བཛྲ་རཏྣ་པདྨ་ཀརྨ་སརྦ་སིདྡྷི་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：ॐ आः हूँ वज्र रत्न पद्म कर्म सर्व सिद्धि अभिषिञ्च हूँ，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ āḥ hūṃ vajra ratna padma karma sarva siddhi abhiṣiñca hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Om, Ah, Hum, Vajra, Jewel, Lotus, Karma, All, Accomplishment, Abhisheka, Hum) Reciting this, bestow the essence of the torma as accomplishment and offer auspicious words as appropriate. Through these, the great empowerment of Hayagriva is perfectly accomplished, especially the seal on the life force of the arrogant ones, therefore, use these as transitions, take vows, etc., and proceed according to the general subsequent procedures of empowerment. Offering praise, confessing faults, sending and gathering the deities, offering auspicious words, etc., to the mandala should also be understood according to the common way of secret practice. Subduing the afflictions, transforming the arrogant beings of the three existences, obtaining the vajra that controls their life force.
