I take refuge! Having entered the gate of great power, I vow to practice and accomplish for the sake of the doctrine and sentient beings. Repeat three times. The teacher places drops of nectar on the three places of the disciple with his fingers. On the crown of your head, a white wheel marked with the syllable Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ།，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：嗡); on your throat, a red lotus marked with the syllable Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱཿ，梵文天城体：आः，梵文罗马拟音：āḥ，汉语字面意思：阿); in your heart, a multicolored vajra marked with the syllable Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽); may you realize the nature of the three vajras. Then, in order to purify the continuum, in the sky in front of you, visualize the assembly of the guru and the glorious Hayagrīva deities residing like dense clouds, and with the intention of performing the seven-branch practice to purify obscurations, repeat the following: To the mandala of the guru and the victorious ones, I prostrate with body, speech, and mind; I offer outer, inner, and secret offerings; I confess all accumulations of sins; I rejoice in the virtue of myself and others; I urge you to turn the wheel of Dharma; I beseech you not to pass into sorrow but to remain; and I dedicate the merit to all beings. Repeat three times. With the thought of taking and properly guarding the five classes of vows of the Vajrayana, both general and specific, repeat the following: Guru, glorious Heruka, and assembly of deities of the mandala, please listen! As the victorious ones of the past generated the mind of enlightenment, so shall I generate the mind of enlightenment; I shall firmly uphold the supreme vow of the Buddha family; I shall firmly uphold the supreme vow of the Vajra family; I shall firmly uphold the supreme vow of the Ratna family; I shall firmly uphold the supreme vow of the Padma family; I shall firmly uphold the supreme vow of the Karma family. Recite three times. Then, offer a maṇḍala as the fee for requesting the actual empowerment. Repeat the following supplication: Vajra master, inseparable from the glorious Heruka, please listen! I have entered the gate of the glorious empowerment, please bless me through the gate of body! Repeat three times. With the right hand, the sword of subjugation cuts the heads and bodies of enemy obstacles into pieces. With the left hand, the iron hook of grasping draws out the life essence of enemy obstacles. Both feet press down on the enemy obstacles in a warrior stance. The body is adorned with a large black silk cloak. On the crown of the head, a green horse head emits a fierce horse neigh that echoes in the expanse of the sky. It subdues all three realms and overpowers all three existences. The upper body is adorned with a protective amulet from the field region, and the lower body is adorned with a tiger skin skirt. The head is adorned with a crown of five dry skulls, and the necklace is made of fifty fresh human heads. Sparks of fire flicker from the pores of the hair. Imagine yourself transformed into a form residing within the blazing flames of the eon's end. In this way, you are clear as the Samaya Being. From the body, speech, and mind of the wrathful deity generated in front, wrathful deities of white, red, and blue colors, as numerous as mustard seeds and inconceivable, arise like a blizzard. They dissolve into the pores of the student, purifying all the sins, obscurations, diseases, evil spirits, and obstacles accumulated through the body. Please have faith in receiving the blessings. Place the black silk body image on the crown of the head, Hūṃ! (藏文：ཧཱུྃ།，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：吽！)Son of a fortunate lineage, to you, the great and powerful wrathful deity Hayagriva, I bestow the empowerment of the black silk body image. May you overpower all appearances and existences! The root mantra and, Kāya Abhiṣiñca Oṃ! (藏文：ཀཱ་ཡ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཨོཾ།，梵文天城体：काया अभिषिञ्च ओम，梵文罗马拟音：kāya abhiṣiñca oṃ，汉语字面意思：Body Consecration Oṃ!). By this, you receive the body empowerment. You have the authority to practice the generation stage of glorious Hayagriva, and you are made fortunate to accomplish the indestructible vajra body mandala. Again, repeat this supplication. Inseparable from the great and glorious Heruka, Vajra Master, please consider me! I have entered the gate of the great and glorious empowerment. Please bless me through speech. Repeat three times. From the mouth of the deity generated in front, a garland of mantras, together with Āli and Kāli, emerges with a red Nara Ra sound.
