To instill wisdom and bestow empowerment, visualize as follows: In an instant, you all become glorious Hayagriva, the sole hero, with a red body, one face, and two arms, holding a vajra and bell, embracing the consort; the consort Vajravarahi, with a clear blue body, one face, and two arms, holding a curved knife and skull cup, embracing the father; both father and mother are adorned with bone ornaments and precious jewels, and the eight charnel ground adornments; at their crown is Oṃ (藏文：ཨོཾ，梵文天城体：ओम्，梵文罗马拟音：oṃ，汉语字面意思：Om), at their throat is Āḥ (藏文：ཨཱ，梵文天城体：आ，梵文罗马拟音：ā，汉语字面意思：Ah), and at their heart is Hūṃ (藏文：ཧཱུྃ，梵文天城体：हुं，梵文罗马拟音：hūṃ，汉语字面意思：Hum), from which rays of light emanate, and all the wisdom deities and lineage lamas come forth and dissolve into your bodies, believe this!
