Remove the eye cover that obscures ignorance, and generate the intention to possess the pure wisdom eye. Welcome, son, you are fortunate! I have removed the darkness of ignorance, behold the mandala of the Horse King's play, and protect the samaya with single-pointedness! JÑĀNACAKṢUḤ PRAVEŚAYA PHAṬ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ज्ञानाचक्षुःप्रवेशयफट्, Sanskrit Romanization: jñānacakṣuḥ praveśaya phaṭ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Wisdom, Eye, Enter, Phaṭ)! In this way, use the eye needle to open the face covering. In the center of the three-cornered burning mandala, which is the basis of the red and black residence, complete with all characteristics. With a devout heart, generate faith and joy, and directly see the wisdom deity Hayagriva, the subduer, and his retinue of oath-bound protectors. The precious vase is perfect in nature, the purifying wisdom nectar is the water of the gods, this vase is the confluence of the great power of the Sugatas, may it empower the fortunate ones to become vessels of the four empowerments. HRĪḤ KALAŚA KĀYA ABHIṢIÑCA HŪṂ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: ह्रीःकलशकाय अभिषिञ्च हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: hrīḥ kalaśa kāya abhiṣiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Hrīḥ, Vase, Body, Consecrate, Hūṃ)! Thus empower and give the vase water. Namo. May the blessings of the body, speech, and mind of the Tathagatas of the ten directions and three times, and the wrathful king of the yidam, Hayagriva, be poured into the three doors of body, speech, and mind of this son of lineage. At this very moment, quickly, bless this very place. May you be blessed to pacify all diseases, evil spirits, sins, obscurations, and unfavorable circumstances. May you be blessed to quickly accomplish all favorable conditions and aspirations. May you be blessed to accomplish all supreme and common siddhis. At the end of the root mantra, ĀVEŚAYA A ĀḤ (Tibetan, Sanskrit Devanagari: आवेशय, Sanskrit Romanization: āveśaya, Literal Chinese Meaning: Enter)! Recite the attachment and bestow the blessings, shake the incense and instruments. Thus, through the vase empowerment, the obscurations of the body are purified. The blessings of the Buddha's body enter the body. You have the authority to practice the path of the generation stage. You have become a fortunate one to obtain the fruit of the Nirmanakaya. Visualize receiving the empowerment of Bodhicitta nectar, equally united with the wisdom consort. Touch the skull cup to the throat. Hrih! Although the Dharmakaya's nature of infinite light does not waver, it manifests various forms as the Sambhogakaya. The Nirmanakaya, Wrathful King Hayagriva, the deity of empowerment, bestows empowerment with the all-encompassing Bodhicitta nectar. Hrih! Bodhicitta Amrita Vaka Abhishincha Hum! (Tibetan: བོ་དྷི་ཙིཏྟ་ཨ་མྲྀཏ་ཝཱ་ཀ་ཨ་བྷི་ཥིཉྩ་ཧཱུྃ༔, Sanskrit Devanagari: बोधिcitta अमृta वाक abhishiñca हूँ, Sanskrit Romanization: bodhicitta amrita vāka abhishiñca hūṃ, Literal Chinese Meaning: Bodhicitta Nectar Speech Empowerment Hum!) Having recited this, pour the nectar. Visualize that by drinking the nectar, all the channels are filled with white and red Bodhicitta, and the knots that bind are loosened. May the speech-wind mature into the self-sound of the mantra of Ali Kali. Thus, by receiving the secret empowerment, the obscurations of speech are purified. The blessings of speech enter the speech. One is empowered to practice the complete stage of the path, and becomes a fortunate one to attain the Sambhogakaya. Wisdom Empowerment: Hold the mirror to the heart. Visualize that by using the mirror as a symbol, the wisdom consort of self-arisen wisdom becomes the basis of coemergent bliss, and thus receive the empowerment. Hrih! The bliss of touch is gentle and pleasing. The wisdom of emptiness and clarity, equal and vast, has no waxing or waning. This supreme empowerment of various appearances is bestowed upon the fortunate secret mantra practitioners. Hrih! Karma Mudra Citta Abhishincha Hum! Visualize possessing the three recognitions, and from the equal union of skillful means and wisdom, experience the coemergent bliss-emptiness union through the stages of the four joys of ascending and descending. Thus, by receiving the empowerment of wisdom and knowledge, the obscurations of the mind are purified. The blessings of the heart enter the mind. One is empowered to practice the Great Perfection, and becomes a fortunate one to attain the Dharmakaya. Torma Empowerment: Visualize the torma vessel as a charnel ground, a majestic and splendid palace. Visualize the torma as the actual body of Hayagriva, the king of wrathful deities. From the three places, white, red, and blue rays of light emanate and dissolve into your body, speech, and mind, purifying the obscurations of the three doors. All the blessings of body, speech, and mind enter completely. Generate the conviction that primordial purity, like the sky, is born in your being. Hrih! The container and its contents are pure, including the support and what is supported. One's own body, aggregates, and elements are equal to the palace. The empowerment of ultimate meaning, clarity and emptiness, the unchanging four, is bestowed upon the fortunate son of the lineage. Hrih!
