དུ་གཉན་གྱི་གདུག་རྩུབ་ཐུབ། །བཞི་རུ་ལྷོག་པ་དཀར་ནག་ཐུབ། །ལྔ་རུ་འབྲུམ་ནག་འབྲུམ་བུ་ཐུབ། །དྲུག་ཏུ་རྒྱུ་གཟེར་སྲུང་བའི་མཆོག །བདུན་དུ་བལ་ནད་གླད་གཟེར་ཐུབ། །བརྒྱད་དུ་མཁྲིས་པ་རྩ་རྒྱུས་ཐུབ། །དགུ་རུ་འགོ་བའི་ནད་རྣམས་ཐུབ། །བྱིས་པའི་གདོན་ཚོགས་བཅོ་ལྔ་ཟློག །འདི་འདྲའི་ནུས་པ་གཞན་ན་མེད། །བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་དྲག་སྔགས་འདི། །སྒྲུབ་པ་བཀའ་བརྒྱད་འདུས་པ་ལས། །དྲག་སྔགས་ཤམ་བུ་ངར་དུ་བཏགས། །རལ་གྲི་ཕྱུང་ནས་རྡེག་དང་མཚུངས། །སློབ་དཔོན་པདྨའི་ཐུགས་ལས་བྱུང་། ། སྤེལ་བའི་གནས་མེད་གཏེར་དུ་སྦས། །ལས་འཕྲོ་ཅན་དང་འཕྲད་པར་ཤོག །རྒྱ་རྒྱ་རྒྱ། བདེ་གཤེགས་འདུས་པའི་དྲག་སྔགས་རྫོགས་སོ། །གཏེར་རྒྱ། སྦས་རྒྱ། གཏད་རྒྱ། ༈ རྒྱལ་པོ་ཁྲི་སྲོང་ལྡེའུ་བཙན་གྱི། ཕྱག་དཔེ་རིན་པོ་ཆེའི་གཏེར་དུ་སྦས་པ། ལྷོ་བྲག་མཁོ་མཐིང་ནས་མངའ་བདག་ཉང་རལ་པ་ཅན་ཆེན་པོས་བཏོན། དེས་སྲས་མཆེད་གཉིས་ལ་གནང་། དེ་ལ་རུ་སྟོན་འཇམ་གྱིས་ཞུས་སོ། །ཆོས་སྐུ་སྣང་བ་མཐའ་ཡས། ལོངས་སྐུ་པདྨ་དབང་ཆེན། སྤྲུལ་སྐུ་པདྨ་འབྱུང་གནས། ཡེ་ཤེས་མཚོ་རྒྱལ། ཁྲི་སྲོང་ལྡེའུ་བཙན། མངའ་བདག་ཉང་རལ། ཤེ་མ་འོད་འབྱུང་། བླ་མ་གྲུབ་ཐོབ་འདར་ཕྱར། བོ་དོང་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། ཉན་ཆེན་བསོད་ནམས་མཚན་ལྡན། མཁན་ཆེན་བྲག་རམ་པ་ཆོས་རྒྱལ་དཔལ། ཆོས་རྗེ་པའོ། །ངེས་པར་འདི་ལ་མཁའ་འགྲོའི་བཀའ་རྒྱ་ཡོད་པས་བག་མེད་དུ་མ་སྤྱོད། དམ་མེད་ལ་མ་སྦྱིན། གཅིག་ལས་མ་སྤྱད། གཉིས་སུ་མ་སྤེལ། གླན་གྱི་བན་བཙུན་ཟུར་ཕུག་པ། སྦས་པའི་རྣལ་འབྱོར་ཆེན་པོ་དགེ་སློང་བསམ་འགྲུབ་སེང་གེ་ལ། སྐྱིའི་བན་བཙུན་མན་ངག་གི་རྒྱ་མཚོ་དགེ་སློང་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བཟང་པོས་གུས་པས་ཞུས་སོ། །བདག་གི་བླ་མ་རྡོ་རྗེ་འཛིན་པ་དྷརྨ་ཤྲཱི་བྷ་དྲའི་ཕྱག་དཔེ་ལས་ཞལ་བཤུས་སོ།། །། རྟ་མགྲིན་བདེ་གཤེགས་གཅིག་དྲིལ་གྱི་ཆོས་སྐོར་ཆེ་བ། ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་བཟང་པོ།

一能治愈恶性瘟疫，二能治愈各种疮疱，三能治愈黑痘和麻疹，四能治愈白喉和黑喉，五能治愈黑麻疹和水痘，六能成为守护肠胃疾病之最胜，七能治愈羊毛疔和疖疮，八能治愈胆病和经脉疾病，九能治愈各种传染病，能遣除十五种孩童魔障。如此之功用他处无有。此乃殊胜之诸佛总集咒，出自修法八教总集，名为殊胜夏姆部之忿怒咒，犹如出鞘之利剑挥砍。乃莲师之心髓所出， 于无有散布之处埋藏为伏藏，愿与具缘者相遇。嘉嘉嘉！诸佛总集之忿怒咒圆满。伏藏印。封印印。交付印。 ༈ 国王赤松德赞之，珍贵手抄本埋藏为伏藏，从洛扎科同（Lhodrak Khoting）由大持明娘热尼玛沃瑟取出，其赐予二子，如通江向其请教。法身无量光，报身莲花自在，化身莲花生，益西措嘉，赤松德赞，娘热尼玛沃瑟，协玛沃炯，上师成就者达恰，沃东仁波切，年钦索南坚赞，堪钦扎让巴曲吉贝，曲杰帕沃。切记此有空行母之禁制，故不可随意使用，勿传于无誓言者，勿用于一人以上，勿传于二人，格隆之僧人祖普，隐匿瑜伽士大德比丘三竹僧格，杰之僧人诀窍海比丘措吉桑布恭敬请教。于吾之上师金刚持达玛师利巴扎之手抄本中抄录。 马头明王善逝合一之大法类。措吉桑布。

One can cure malignant epidemics. Two can cure various sores. Three can cure black smallpox and measles. Four can cure white diphtheria and black diphtheria. Five can cure black measles and chickenpox. Six can become the supreme protector against intestinal diseases. Seven can cure wool disease and boils. Eight can cure bile diseases and vascular diseases. Nine can cure all kinds of infectious diseases. It can dispel fifteen kinds of children's demonic obstacles. Such efficacy is not found elsewhere. This is the wrathful mantra of the Assembly of Sugatas, which comes from the combined practice of the Eight Teachings. It is named the Wrathful Shambu Ngara mantra. It is like a sword drawn from its sheath and swung. It came from the heart essence of Master Padmasambhava. It was hidden as a treasure in a place where it could not be spread. May it meet those with karmic connections. Gya, Gya, Gya! The wrathful mantra of the Assembly of Sugatas is complete. Treasure seal. Hidden seal. Entrusted seal. ༈ King Trisong Detsen's precious manuscript was hidden as a treasure. It was extracted from Lhodrak Khoting by the great master Nyangrel Nyima Öser. He gave it to his two sons. Rutön Jang asked him about it. Dharmakaya Amitabha, Sambhogakaya Padmavajra, Nirmanakaya Padmasambhava, Yeshe Tsogyal, Trisong Detsen, Nyangrel Nyima Öser, Shema Öjung, Lama Drubthob Darchya, Bodong Rinpoche, Nyenchen Sonam Gyaltsen, Khenchen Drakrampa Chögyal Pal, Chöje Pawo. Be sure that this has the seal of the dakinis, so do not use it carelessly. Do not give it to those without vows. Do not use it for more than one person. Do not spread it to two people.
