From the collections of tantras, agamas, and expert writings, I have distilled the essence of good explanations, and for the Wrathful Lotus, I have clearly and concisely written the practice manual, as a spring for the easy entry of those with inferior intelligence like myself. Among the treasure-revealed Hayagriva Dharma cycles, the earliest, widely known and flourishing among the masters and accomplished ones of both old and new schools, is the thirteen-chapter tantra of Hayagriva Wrathful Secret, and the six prophecy leaves composed by the Great Teacher, as well as the occasions for analysis and the connections of meaning, etc. The essential instructions composed by the Great Translator Vairochana, such as the "Hidden Eye Opener," etc., to clarify their meaning, the essence of meaning composed by earlier masters, I will summarize into a concise practice manual in three parts: How the practice itself is, the manner of practicing, and showing what to accept and reject for that. First, in order to accomplish the supreme and common siddhis, pleasing the desired yidam deity with recitations, etc., so that they become close to one's heart, is the meaning of practice. There are two types of practice: direct and indirect. The wisdom of inseparable bliss and emptiness is the deity of ultimate meaning, and making it close to one's own mindstream through the power of meditation is the practice of ultimate meaning. The manifestation of the wisdom that is free from the subtle and gross elaborations of dualistic appearance is the measure of the completion of the practice of ultimate meaning. However, the appearance of that wisdom as the support and supported, with the form of hands, is the deity of conventional truth. Pleasing it with offerings, praises, recitations, etc., and making it close to oneself is the practice of conventional meaning. Based on that, obtaining the number and signs as described is the measure of the completion of the practice of conventional meaning. Second,
