前，四方为བྷྲཱུྃ་（藏文）ཨཾ་（藏文）ཛྲི་（藏文）ཁཾ།（藏文，梵文天城体：खं，梵文罗马拟音：kham，空性）。四隅为ལཱཾ་（藏文）མཱཾ་（藏文）པཱཾ་（藏文）ཏཱཾ།（藏文）所有这些都是蓝色的，头朝下。颈部有十六瓣脉轮，中心是ཨཾ་（藏文）字。十六瓣莲花上有十六个元音字母，颜色是红色的，所有这些都头朝上。 头顶有三十二瓣脉轮，中心是白色的ཧཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，天）。头朝下。花瓣上有两组元音字母，所有这些都头朝下。观想所有这些白色的字母，屏住宝瓶气，缓慢地从上方吸气，压到肚脐下方。然后，从下方吸气，从肚脐的“阿”字（藏文）处生起火焰。从右边的罗摩脉向上走，到达心间。颈部的脉轮花瓣也变成了火焰的性质。头顶的字母ཧཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，天）被触及，菩提心融化，产生白色的液体。从左边的姜玛脉降下来。观想并清晰地看到颈部和心间的脉轮花瓣也被菩提心充满。再次，从“阿”字（藏文）处生起火焰，从中央脉向上走。心间的脉轮花瓣和颈部的脉轮花瓣都变成了火焰的性质。在头顶，仅仅触及ཧཾ་（藏文，梵文天城体：हं，梵文罗马拟音：haṃ，天）字，菩提心像之前一样降下来，充满心间和颈部。在肚脐的中央，观想白色和红色的菩提心相互接触，并保持这种状态，这就是拙火瑜伽。这是第三灌顶的道路。观想自己是自在的大天，一面二臂。在前方，清晰地观想明妃嘎玛自在母。具备三种认知，学习形、声、香、味、触等。然后加持空行母的秘密处，舍弃凡夫的贪恋，具备天神的慢心，进入结合。精通降、止、持、散，并加以修持。最后安住在圆满的状态中。细节之处要向口诀上师请教。第四灌顶的意义是在观看的时候，认识自性，并加以修持。最后以回向印封。这段话是莲花生大师一次马鸣的意旨，以及生圆双运的见解、口诀、心要。十八火观等圆满次第引导的次第，是大师所赐予的，我将其记录下来。祈请上师和智者宽恕我的过失。ཨྠྀི།（藏文） 莲花大自在甚深忿怒尊的圆满次第智慧密道。

In the front, in the four directions, are BHRUM AM DZRI KHAM. In the four corners are LAM MAM PAM TAM. All of these are blue in color, facing downwards. In the neck, at the center of the sixteen-petal chakra, is the letter AM. On the sixteen petals are the sixteen vowels, all red in color, all facing upwards. On the crown of the head, at the center of the thirty-two-petal chakra, is the white letter HAM, facing downwards. On the petals are two sets of vowels, all facing downwards. Visualize all these white letters clearly, hold the vase breath, and slowly inhale the upper air, pressing it below the navel. Then, by drawing in the lower air, fire arises from the "A" (ཨཾ) at the navel. Ascend upwards from the right Roma nadi to the heart. The petals of the neck chakra also become of the nature of fire. Touching the letter HAM on the crown of the head, the bodhicitta melts and produces a white liquid. Descend from the left Kyangma nadi. Visualize and clearly see that the petals of the neck and heart chakras are also filled with bodhicitta. Again, fire arises from the "A" (ཨཾ) and ascends upwards from the central nadi. The petals of the heart chakra and the petals of the neck chakra all become of the nature of fire. On the crown of the head, just touching the HAM, the bodhicitta descends as before, filling the heart and neck. In the center of the navel, visualize the white and red bodhicitta touching each other, and maintain this state of mind, which is the Chandali. This is the path of the third empowerment. Meditate on yourself as the great, independent one, with one face and two arms. In front, clearly visualize the consort Karma Dakini. Possessing the three recognitions, learn about form, sound, smell, taste, and touch, etc. Then bless the secret place of the dakini, abandon the attachment of ordinary beings, possess the pride of a deity, and enter into union. Skillfully practice descending, stopping, holding, and scattering, and finally rest in the state of completion. Ask the oral instructions from the master for details. The meaning of the fourth empowerment is to recognize the nature of mind at the time of seeing, and practice it. Finally, seal it with dedication. This is the intention of Guru Rinpoche's one horse-neigh, and the view, instructions, and heart essence of generation and completion stage union. The order of the completion stage guidance, such as the eighteen fire visualizations, was given by the master, and I have recorded it.
