Dha Raksha Vajra Jwala Ram Tikdha Biśwa Jwala Ram Phat Ram Ram, this is the boundary mantra. Om Padma Shri Heruka Maha Chandra Raga Pasham Kuru. Padmāntakṛta Vajra Krodha Hayagriva Chandra Raksha Maha Bala Mama Shwari Padma Krodha Hrih Hrih Sarva Dushtam Trignan Hana Hana Daha Daha Pacha Pacha Chitta Rbad Nan. Myog Thum Ril Rbad. Hur Thum Dzah. Maraya Rbad. Satvam Bhaya Nan. This is the extremely sharp and powerful mantra of the iron fortress razor. Om Padma Krodhishwari Vajrapani Kilaya. Yama Maha Yaksha Kala Rupa Karma Ram Ram Jwala Ram Hum Phat. Naga Du Na. Chandhe Chandhe. Mili Mili Hum Phat. These profound mantras of the One Union of the Sugatas should be recited a hundred times or up to twenty-one times during the session breaks. At the end of the session, recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra three times to replenish any deficiencies and to stabilize the blessings. Offer praise as before. Hayagriva Hrih Gab. Ba Mo Dhara Hrih Gab. Padma Bhandha Hrih Gab. Chandra Raksha Hrih Gab. Rulu Rulu Hum Bhyo Hum. With these, protect the body by making hand gestures at the five places. During the session breaks, emanate from your own heart in the manner of one lamp giving rise to two, and engage in activities. When entering, visualize dissolving into the former. When desiring to gather the deities during the yoga of sleep, visualize all the outer and inner contents of the three realms dissolving into light and merging into the Father and Mother. The Mother (dissolves into) the Father. The Father (dissolves) into the letter Hrih. The letter Hrih (dissolves) into the vowel mark of the letter Hrih. Then, like a rainbow vanishing into the sky, remain equally in the state of awareness and emptiness. Om Maha Shunyata Jnana Vajra Swabhava Atmako Ham. Say this. Finally, with this merit, may I and all sentient beings attain the supreme state of Padma Gyalpo, and may the horse's neigh of play resound in the ten directions for all the hosts of beings blinded by ignorance. ༒ Thus, dedicate the merit, offer aspirations, and conclude with auspiciousness. Finally, desiring to arise, think that from that state, you instantly arise as the glorious form, and say: Hrih Vajra Krodha Hayagriva Hulu Hulu Hum Phat. Desiring to perform the basic recitation in such a manner, divide each day into four sessions and practice. The time-based recitation is six or three months, etc. The number (of recitations) is fourteen hundred thousand for the Father, and half of that for the Mother. Always.

The ground or signs are: In the Secret Tantra, it says: "Actually seeing the deity's body, or the master's sun and moon appearing on the head, or fire blazing and light radiating from objects, or the phenomenal world filled with lotus flowers, or the practice room shaking and a great sound arising, or I sitting in the heart of a lotus, or the sole Buddha listening to the Dharma." These dreams, experiences, and appearances are said to be the signs of the outer, inner, and secret, respectively. This is an extremely profound and secret, the ultimate method for approaching accomplishment. Especially in the degenerate age, harm from kings and nagas mostly occurs. As a remedy for this, there is nothing more excellent, so it should be diligently practiced. The essence of Secret Mantra, the essence of Maha Yoga, the profound meaning of the Eight Sadhana Sections, the words of Padmasambhava, its ultimate, the Very Secret Wrathful One, the stream of nectar from the mouth of the Ugyen Master, together with the trembling Siddha Empowerment lineage, the blessings transmitted from ear to ear, the method of Father and Mother practice that comes from oral transmission, swiftly granting accomplishments, I compose this now. This daily practice of the Bhagavan Very Secret Wrathful One Father-Mother solitary practice sadhana, Swiftly Granting Accomplishments, is undertaken with the intention of benefiting my own dull-witted students, composed by the yogi Padmadraka Tsal of the Very Secret Wrathful One at Mangkar Thubten Gephel Monastery. Bhagavan Very Secret Wrathful One Father-Mother solitary practice sadhana, Swiftly Granting Accomplishments. Padmadraka Tsal.
