མ་དུ་བཅངས་ཤིང་དམ་ཚིག་དང་སྡོམ་པའི་བསླབ་བྱ་ལ་ཚུལ་བཞིན་དུ་གནས་པར་བགྱིའོ་སྙམ་པས་འདིའི་རྗེས་ཟློས་མཛོད། གཙོ་བོས་ཇི་ལྟར་སོགས། གཏང་རག་མཎྜལ། ལུས་འབུལ། དགེ་བསྔོ་སྤྱི་ལྟར་བྱ། རྗེས་ཆོག་མཆོད་པ་ཁ་གསོས་ཏེ་བྱིན་བརླབ། མཆོད་བསྟོད་འབུལ་ཞིང་ནོངས་བཤགས་བྱ། ཡིག་བརྒྱ་བརྗོད། ཨོཾ། ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་སེམས་ཅན་སོགས་བརྗོད་ལ་བདག་མདུན་བུམ་པའི་ཡེ་ཤེས་པ་དབྱིངས་སུ་གཤེགས། མདུན་བསྐྱེད་དམ་ཚིག་པ་དང་འཁོར་རྣམས་རང་ལ་ཐིམ། རང་ཉིད་གཙོ་བོའི་སྐུ་ཞལ་གཅིག་ཕྱག་གཉིས་པར་གསལ་བའི་གནས་གསུམ་འབྲུ་གསུམ་གྱིས་མཚན་པས་བགེགས་དང་བར་ཆད་ཐམས་ཅད་བསྲུང་བར་གྱུར། ཨོཾ་ཨཱཿཧཱུྃ། དགེ་བ་འདི་ཡིས་སོགས་དགེ་བསྔོ། སྨོན་ལམ། ཤིས་བརྗོད་ཀྱིས་མཐའ་བརྒྱན་པར་བྱའོ། །ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོ་ཡོངས་གྲགས་ཀྱང་། །བཀའ་སྲོལ་འདི་མཚུངས་སྔར་མེད་པས། །བོད་ཁམས་ཡོངས་ལ་ཁྱབ་ཅིང་བརྡལ། །ལེགས་པའི་བསམ་དོན་ཀུན་འགྲུབ་ཤོག །ཅེས་པའང་སྤྲུལ་པའི་གཏེར་སྟོན་རིག་འཛིན་ཆེན་པོ་ཟུང་གིས་བྱིན་གྱིས་བརླབས་ཤིང་རྗེས་སུ་གནང་བ་ཐོབ་པ། འཆི་མེད་བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པའམ་པདྨ་གར་དབང་རྩལ་གྱིས་ཙ་འདྲ་རིན་ཆེན་བྲག་གི་མགུལ་ཡང་ཁྲོད་ཀུན་བཟང་བདེ་ཆེན་འོད་གསལ་གླིང་དུ་གཏེར་ཆེན་རྣམ་པ་གཉིས་ཀྱི་ཕྱག་བཞེས་གསལ་བར་བསྡེབས་པ་དགེ་ལེགས་འཕེལ།། །། ཐུགས་རྗེ་ཆེན་པོ་ཡིད་བཞིན་འཁོར་ལོ་ལས་གཞན་དོན་བུམ་སྒྲུབ་ཀྱི་རྗེས་གནང་ཕྲིན་ལས་དང་བཅས་པ་དོན་གཉིས་འབྱུང་གནས། བསྟན་གཉིས་གཡུང་དྲུང་གླིང་པ།

思维着要守护好誓言和戒律的教诲，请复诵这些。如主尊一般等。献曼扎。献身。如通常一样回向善根。后行仪轨中，供养后加持。供赞并忏悔。念诵百字明。嗡。念诵“您以众生”等，我面前宝瓶中的智慧尊融入法界。面前生起的誓言尊和眷属融入自身。自身明观为本尊身相，一面二臂，三处以三字（嗡，啊，吽）标帜，以此守护一切障碍违缘。嗡啊吽。以此善根等回向。发愿。以吉祥语结尾。虽说如意轮广为人知，但此传承前所未有，愿其遍布整个藏区，一切善愿皆得成就！这也是由化身伏藏师大持明双尊加持并赐予许可。由无死教法二者雍仲林巴或莲花舞自在力于擦扎仁钦扎（地名）之颈部，于扬宗昆桑德钦威色林（地名）将两位大伏藏师的仪轨明晰地汇集，愿吉祥增盛！ 大悲观自在如意轮之利益他众宝瓶修法的随许及事业，为二利之源。教法二者雍仲林巴。

Thinking of upholding the teachings of vows and precepts, please repeat these. Like the main deity, etc. Offer the mandala. Offer the body. Dedicate the merit as usual. In the subsequent ritual, bless after replenishing the offerings. Offer praise and confess. Recite the Hundred Syllable Mantra. OM. Recite "You, with sentient beings," etc., and the wisdom being in the vase in front of me dissolves into the Dharmadhatu. The Samaya being and retinue generated in front dissolve into oneself. Clearly visualize oneself as the main deity, one face and two arms, marked with the three syllables (Om, Ah, Hum) in the three places, thereby protecting against all obstacles and hindrances. OM AH HUM. Dedicate the merit with "By this virtue," etc. Make aspirations. Adorn the end with auspicious words. Although the Wish-Fulfilling Wheel is widely known, this lineage is unprecedented, may it spread throughout the entire Tibetan region, and may all good wishes be fulfilled! This was also blessed and permitted by the two great emanation treasure revealers, the great vidyadharas. May virtue and prosperity increase as the immortal Tenzin Yungdrung Lingpa, or Padma Garwang Tsal, clearly compiled the practices of the two great treasure revealers at Yangkhyung Kunzang Dechen Osel Ling, on the neck of Tsa-dra Rinchen Drak. Great Compassionate Avalokiteśvara Wish-Fulfilling Wheel, the subsequent permission and activities of the vase practice for the benefit of others, is the source of two benefits.
