If one, endowed with the mind of enlightenment and practicing the yoga of great compassion, wishes to perform the ripening liberation that accords with external accomplishment as a public Dharma practice, then on a platform, upon a lotus with eight petals as a vase seat, place a vase filled with the essence of twenty-five, with a white neck cord, and within the decorations, erect a principal deity image painted like an external accomplishment, along with a liberation-through-seeing wheel, possessing clear scriptures and consecration. If incense, flowers, lamps, and scented water are available, arrange four portions in the four directions. If not available, arrange one set in front. Refuge, generating the mind, the seven branches, the four immeasurables, etc., should be done as they appear in this Dharma practice. On the lotus moon in the heart, the syllable Hrih (藏文，梵文天城体：ह्रीः，梵文罗马拟音：hrīḥ，汉语字面意思：舍) surrounded by the six syllables, visualize it clearly, steadily, and blazing with light.
